Try Ri Ra at Mandalay Bay, they might have reserved tables available .... very Irish restaurant/bar, "putting on a bit of an event", good food.
Think they are asking $400 for a table of up to 10, including 2 bottles of Jameson, iirc.
The crowd may be a bit partisan.
