Hi, hope this is the appropriate place. I have lived in southwest for two years and before that two years in green valley. I’m currently trying to search for only new apartment complexes throughout vegas that were built in the last three years or less. Unfortunately google has let me down with this specific search and it’s not a criteria that I’ve found on any of the apartment search websites. I’m actually quite happy with where I am now and certainly have great value, but I would like to take a few tours of the newer apartments to see if they offer something more. I’m open to any of the safe areas in southwest, Henderson, or summerlin. Really appreciate any help you can provide.

Today's project under construction is tomorrow's new rental property. I suggest either driving around whatever area you would consider and keep an eye on construction.
Alternatively, you could pull something like a record of "occupancy" permits issued for new apartments from the County, going back however far you consider new.
Contact the County and see if that is doable ?

More seriously, I could check the police crime databases to get a sense for what crime is like in the area, with the understanding that police departments (esp Henderson) can sometimes under-report crimes to make their stats look better. Here are the links:
