What Will the Park-MGM Hotel and Casino Look Like in 6 Months?

I know the Park-MGM (formerly the Monte Carlo) right now is a **** show, with all the construction going on.
I'm planning a week-long milestone birthday trip in January 2019..and the rates up for January at the Park-MGM are under $100 night, and I do really like the location.
Before I book there, I have some questions for those in the know.
Does anyone know how 'nice' of a hotel the Park-MGM will be after construction is complete? Mandalay Bay-like? Mirage-like? Luxor-like?
I assume construction/renovation will be complete before January. Does that sound correct?
