I'm going to vegas in late February, and the only other game I play besides poker is craps, but the money moves pretty fast, are there any vegas strip casinos that have 5 dollar craps?

Casino Royale. Down as low as $3 iirc at times.

The norm in anywhere decent is going to be $10 and up. During quiet times, the 3*/4* hotels might well have a $5 table running.

I've seen $5 tables at most strip casinos during mid week daytime hours, but it is not the norm. I would recommend checking out The Cromwell with 100X odds.

harrahs had a $5 table mid week after labor day last year. the one table right by the door as you enter from carnival court.

Yup, Harrah's always has one $5 table. But it's right next to the piano bar so you have to listen to awful Journey songs on repeat.

Excalibur is a good spot on the South Strip for $5 craps. MGM full pays the field so that's nice if you play that bet.

if you're willing to play bubble craps, it's usually $5 or less.

SLS bubble craps was $3 over the weekend.

One time in Vegas my friends and I walked around the Strip looking for $5 craps. We reasoned that the ****tiest hotels had the lowest limits, so we started at the ****tiest hotel we could think of - the Jockey Club. Walked almost all the way around the hotel exterior looking for the entrance before realizing - **** **** **** - there's no casino.

Alcohol may have been involved.

In my experience(multiple trips to LV and preferring $5 table games) I've found that many casinos on the strip spread $5 craps so long as it's not the weekend and it's not a higher end property. During weekdays it's usually pretty easy to find at least one $5 craps table at casinos such as Flamingo, Harrahs, Casino Royale, Excalibur, Tropicana, New York New York, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Cromwell, Linq. On weeknights it still shouldn't be too much of a problem but might have to eliminate Planet Hollywood and Paris from that list and maybe one or 2 others.

Also I know your question was asking about the strip, but obv almost all downtown casinos will spread $5 craps. Maybe even on weekends but not 100% sure.

You can certainly find $5 downtown but they won't all have it on a weekend evening.

Actually Ellis Island slightly basically behind Ballys on Koval has $5 craps, when the table is open 6pm to 2am. On busy night probably your only bet.

Margaritaville always has one half of the table set at 5

They take up front on buys of the 4 and 10. At least they did last time I played there.

This!! I was just in LV a couple weeks ago during a super busy convention week with several hotels being booked to full capacity and I saw $5 craps at several of the places mentioned. Casino Royale is by FAR my favorite but they only have one table and it's often full. Just don't got to mid or upper end properties looking for $5 games. Wynn, Encore, Palazzo, Treasure Island, Mirage, Bellagio, Aria and prob Caesars are going to be busts most nights for $5 games.

Cromwell is the best bet, 5 dollars during day and 100x odds so you can jam if you want. Plus they have great staff and great drink service.

Ellis Island was $5 but off strip.

All the station spots are 5 usually too

I agree there, last time I went to vegas I propably spent the most time at the Cromwell, and I go primarily for poker, so shows how much I like that casino! I will check out some of those that you mentioned, it's really helpful, especially on the Caesars property, since they have the all small, all tall, and all the numbers, I love those bets! A little higher house edge than I like, but they are a ton of fun to play!

a 'little' higher house edge? More like a monstrous house edge. That edge will kick sand on you then boink your girlfriend

I don't make these craps high house edge bets but in a way why not play it and have a little fun. Yeah high house edge but it's a small bet and you can run into some favorable variance for a decent payday.

I can say boink in front of my grandkids and most other people, and they have no clue what I'm talking about

It was one thing when the edge was 7%-8% but it's another when they are about 20% as they are with the "updated" pay tables
