Anyone here been to Lake Havasu? Is a day trip good enough or should one plan for 2 days or more? Any reviews?
Yes, stop by on your way somewhere else.
Seriously, the purchase, transportation and reconstruction of a bridge from London was a really stupid undertaking.
I've been there, it was a slight detour, kind of odd, but kind of cool. Totally out of place, but very kitschy.
You could do worse, if you have already seen the Grand Canyon, Southern Utah, Tonopah, Laughlin, Nelson's Landing, the Chicken Ranch, and everything else within 2 hours of Las Vegas.
Lake Havasu is actually a nice place to stay, rent a houseboat for a couple of days and swim, chill, etc.
Anyway, it ain't the Tower Bridge and I could not say it is THE London Bridge, but it is A bridge and it was in London.
