Vegas Service in the era of Covid

Question for Vegas locals and recent visitors - Where have you been getting normal or acceptable service in Hotels and Casinos?
I've visited in July and August and found housekeeping and complementary drink service to be somewhere in the range of horrible to unacceptable in multiple Caesars properties (some credit to Flamingo drink service which was good in July but not good in August).
I get that it's currently hard to hire in the service industry but wondering if anyone knows of any hidden gems on or near the strip? I'd like to not nearly die of thirst while playing video poker with crappy odds for an hour or two while supporting whichever properties are doing better.
Thanks,
