Yup, Monte Carlo is essentially
another tower in Aria (not really, but effectively). The walk from your Monte Carlo room, down to MC lobby, down the hall way, up escalators near the Tram station and down the Aria parking-lot escalators into the Aria Poker room can be shorter than the walk from your
Aria room to the Aria poker room.
Yes, MC is undergoing major renovation - but that doesn't mean there will be any extra noise on your particular floor--- you can also catch great deals on the remodeled rooms right now....
expect some inconvenience... but if you're playing Aria poker room, MC is still a good option IMHO. Vdara is often also a cheaper option than Aria...
