Just got off the plane and home an hour ago, pretty exhausted as I did around 30 hour no sleep stretch the last two days so I will finish up after awhile. Great trip, wife actually had a good time, would not go if it was just me still so I am still going solo in the future! She had fun hanging with the kids so that worked out.

Oh, my bad. Glad you guys are having a good time. We did the Top Golf in NJ (it was in the Cherry Hill/Cinnaminson area) and it was a very fun time. Food was surprisingly decent as well.

Well. Back home and sorta rested up. After the show We’d night we kind of split up and I went to Bellagio where I played for under two hours. Lost $37 I think.

We all have wide opinions on the different rooms and mine has changed on Bellagio. Typically I love it, I like the smaller by in, I like the action due to a lot of foreigners always there with unlimited bills. But there are times Bellagio seems like a trailer court. Slob eating at the table which I don’t mind, heck I do it Often just some of the people there. I find people watching videos and doing stuff on their phone way more, again, I do it but when the dealer has to tell the local each hand action is in him it starts to get old, locals socializing to the point they get up and take extended breaks leaving the table short handed. And so on and so on. My opinion, there are some who will agree and others who were likening like me in the past.

I am really starting to like Aria. In the past I did not think I could handle the larger buy in. But it hit me the other night, I can buy in for $500 like so many others. No different than a game that has been going at Bellagio with bigger stacks. It just seems to me people are there to play poker and not watch videos or talk so much. I don’t know. Starting to like Aria much more

For the trip: up $1974 on poker; up $307 on sports bets; up $16 on craps; and down $300 on black jack. Up $1997 for the trip.

So like the fist trip last December in this report a great result.

Never made it to Ellis Island and that was really a place I wanted to take the group so disappointed with that. Downtown was not that great and the DIL was pretty hung over and others were just tired from all the walking.

Vegas was the most crowded I have ever seen it overall. Last summer the few days after the Big 50 was certainly the busiest I have seen all the poker rooms in all the time out there but this week there were so many people on the streets and in the casinos in the evening it was about unbearable. I can’t imagine what New Years is like I don’t think I want any part of that.

This screen shot is for the over all poker for this trip.

I like to show my overall results after each trip also to show how much of an average Rec player I am. At least I am a winning rec player with a $9 per hour average.

I appreciate all following along. The last two trips were a lot Harding keeping up live wit the others along. Much easier solo. My next planes trip right now is June. Just don’t know what week I want to go. That time around the Big 50 last summer was insane o I am thinking the week of the Colossus and I may enter that just to try it once again. My wife’s sister has really been hammering the two sisters to go as a group so maybe we go sooner like end of March or May I talk them in to the NFL draft weekend?

Any way l, give me opinions on when to go in June this year. The week of June 18 is the only period I can’t go.

Thanks for following along

Nice stats and great report!
I would say beginning of June. The heat is still bearable.

The Bellagio poker room is absolutely awful. I've given it dozens of chances. 15 years ago it was the pinnacle, what has happened is legitimately sad.

Starting to really agree on that.

I just realized if my tier credit for the rooms hit I will be at 14,300 or so. 700 short of Diamond. Never got this close before

True that. I used to go every trip at least 2 or 3 days. Last 5 years I've tried it only 2 times and it's indeed awful in every way. With all the comments in the poker community on it, they don't seem to bother...

It's a shame they're the only game in town when it comes to larger limit games.

Yeah, going to have move to Aria and venture down to Wynn. Don’t get down to the Wynn hardly at all.

I don’t play specifically for rewards but I certainly earn them and use the promotions to get tier credits at CET properties. Today I messaged on the posting of my tier credits for the stay 22-26 December and am pretty worked up on what they stated. I should get around 3,700 TC for the three rooms I booked on my account. Most people plus the reward desk and the Diamond office where the hosts are all told me there was not mich chance th points woud post before end of 2019 so I did not worry about Diamond in 2019. Figures that would be a great start to 2020.

They replied stating one, since I booked on line my account is not associated with the room even though the confirmation shows the number of tier credits. Two, all stays in 2019 would be changed to 2019 and not reflected on 2020. Called and debated and of course she petty much said I understand and sorry.

I said one I booked three rooms in Sept the exact same way and received the TC in my account and blah blah blah.

Emailed back stating one more try and explained all of it. I know I am just a small fish but I don’t need CET. I will just switch to MLife and see how that goes, I play poker in their properties anyway.

Just venting. Till the next trip, later

Well it certain is slow for trip reports so here I go again. Going to Vegas for March Madness this weekend. Leaving tomorrow at 1122 local and hope to land at 355pm in Vegas. Staying at Bally’s for 5 nights for just the “fee.” Don’t have a room for Monday night yet but will prob just pay what I need at Bally’s. I have not played poker since Feb 15, 2020 so I will take it slow to get my feet under me. I am in a Facebook group called March Madness in Las Vegas so Thursday they have a First Four or March Madness eve party at the Plaza that I will go to. Cheap beer, meet some people, bet Michigan State (opinions/advice please on this game and any others). Plan to play some poker at Golden Nugget early afternoon.

Here is my normal starting roll. Staying longer this trip so hope I make it with tree fitty.

Get it.

I was just out there in Feb. poker was way better 8 handed than 6. Was a good time!

If you don’t mind dropping 25$ on a drink and your downtown, the legacy club up top of Circa was pretty sweet.

Sweet we need a trip report around here. Go check out the book at Circa while your downtown. Good luck. If you’re going to knock the rust off your poker game, first week of March Madness is probably the right time.

GL from a fellow Wisconsinite, member of FB page MMILV, and also heading to vegas tomorrow AM. Will check in on your report, not likely to do one of my own.

Maybe see you at poker table tomorrow afternoon. My crew renting a house off strip to watch games and bet on the app.

Plan today after check in is to wonder a bit being St Patricks day and get a couple beers and see what is going on. Prob head to the Linq and O’Sheys area. Then hit up the pokerz for an evening session.

Thursday I head down town and plan a afternoon game at Golden Nugget then hit up the MMLV eve party for some beers and talking basketball.

Friday I have a seat paid for at Ellis Island for the first half of the days games. Of course my Wi Badges play at four and my seat ends at 330 so I will have to ding a place to watch the game.

Advice still wanted on betting the games as I am not all that in to betting college basketball.

Bet on Drake tomorrow!

Spoiler:
Actually, I'm not sure if they are a good bet or not. It's just where I went to school, and I'm happy they get to be in.

Looking forward to more, your TRs are always good.
