One thing I forgot to mention and may just be misremembering but CP, Bally's and Venetian were all running 1-3 and my memory had them as all 1-2 rooms? But maybe I am misremembering. Flamingo and PH were the only 1-2 games I saw. Not there is really any difference between 1-2 and 1-3.

Yup, V has been $1/$3 for a while and I believe been a while for CP. Bally’s has been $1/$3 I think since COVID.

True enough. What I wish they would clean is the chips.

I played Bally's and PHo. There was a difference in the games I played. The 1/2 typically open raised to 7 or 8. The 1/3 was 10 or 12, and the betting got correspondingly bigger. Oddly enough the pots weren't much bigger. People seemed to get afraid when a bet was bigger than 40.

One thing I did notice at Caesars was that every single chip on the table was brand new. So it appears to me that CP used covid to retire all of their old nasty chips.

Hey nice job I really enjoyed your trip report. I appreciate it being focused in poker notes with other stuff mixed in (rather than other way around).
Don't know if I'll get to Vegas this year since I'm getting a puppy instead.
