Loving the pics and tr, thanks.

What does getting picked up mean? And after 17 minutes.

How bust was Cosmo, and did you drink at the Chandelier? Saw a video from about a month back, Cosmo was a mob scene of unmasked lunacy

I was there 7/4 weekend and everyone had masks on and it was strictly enforced.

I feel like that was only when they reopened. I was there over July 4th and masks were strictly enforced. But I'm going again next month and am also interested in the current situation.

Edit:

Re: A TR (Puck Lines and Poker?) 8/6-8/9

And done. Wrap up post

Cosmo was hoppin flamingo was too. Aria, not so much. Those are really the only properties I went too. For the most part people were masked up, but itís kind of theater at this point. Everyone removes their mask to drink. Flamingo dice table didnít even have any plexiglass partitions. If your worried about the Rona, Vegas definitely isnít the place for you. No mask cheat code. Buy a cigar and ďsmokeĒ it all night.

Picked up at the poker table means they take your chips off the table and put a new player in your spot. Makes it so you canít just sit on a spot and walkabout and not play. In non rona times it would usually only happen if like it rotated through a dealer without you sitting down for a hand. In Rina times they obviously do it within about 15 minutes. Again, Iím not mad about it. I do understand. It is 6 handed. itís just definitely different than it used to be, along with pretty much every other part of the live poker experience these days. Thereís probably official rules about it, but I donít know them.

FYI Park MGM is also closed down.

Anyway had fun, but not sure Iíll be back until stuff is a little more back to normal. Dice was the same, but the sports book wasnít as much fun as it usually is, and poker was definitely not nearly as enjoyable as it was before.

Also the no bars rule means u have to eat at a table for one which is mega strange. The lack of an opportunity to sit at the bar is a real drag.

Thanks for following along! Stay safe and good luck. Feel free to use my one time if you make out to Vegas, I did not use it this weekend.

Excellent TR, considering the times.

I am considering a solo stopover in LV for a night or two in Sept, not sure if I'll bother if the scene doesn't improve (bars, mostly).

Yeah if you are solo the bar thing sucks. Like I donít care thatís itís just me otherwise I wouldnít be here, but reserving a table for 1, being asked ďit says itís just you is that right?Ē By the hostess, and then asked ďwill anyone else be joining you?Ē Really rubs salt in the wound. Could not eat out I guess, but the Vegas Food is great (overpriced for sure but still great).
