Tilted Kilt for lunch and scenery. Scenery was good, but the food was below average and the service was a little worse. Will not be back most likely.

Tried to make some sports bets today at Caesars. Terrible situation, we waited in the diamond line for maybe 15 minutes, it didn't move so we gave up. Not sure how to do the app thing, but need to wait in line to fill out an application it looked like?!?!? Either way, there will be no sports betting this weekend it looks like. PS Lakers by 12 tonight! Just cause that's who I was taking. Lol

On to the Venetian for some poker I think is the plan.

Well ****! Get on the 1-3 and D sits at my table... its hard to talk across so I get a seat change right next to him. I end up in the bb with AA, folded around to D in the sb. Dealer asked for a chop, i never chop less than full and we are 7 handed. D goes, ok, make it 15, I drop a big stack to let him know and its 95. He snap called and said he thought it was only like 50. Flop is K9xhh, he checks and I ship it in for 201... he snaps with 99. Lol easy game! ****ing guy. Haha

Running pretty good!
UTG open to 15, I make it 40 on the button with QQ. Sb makes it 100 with 150 behind. I call. Flop is AQ8 all diamonds. He checks, I ship in the 150 with my set. He snaps with top set. Fun game! FML!

Grinding it back. Also got 220 on the Lakers 2nd half as the Venetian book was wide open. Unfortunately, they were up 3 which I didn't know, but took the 1.5 anyways. so need Lakers by 5 on the game to win it.

Lakers played some 45 year old rec bball the second half. This night is starting to piss me off. Moved the reservation at Umiya to 1030 as D is getting pretty drunk. I've just stuck to bottled beer to keep a buzz, but I dont want to waste tomorrow taking shots tonight.

Lost a 200 pot all in on the turn with nut flush against one pair when the board runs out three 3s. Two pair technically, but runner, runner 3s for a boat.

Need some ****ing run good!

Really liking this TR and thanks for doing it. I hope you run better.

I actually like Cafe Americano. The food is above-average to average and the drinks are good. The only big problem is that it's grossly overpriced. I can't think of what else on the strip is open late-night to morning. I'd recommend The Henry at Cosmo, but it's not a CET property (although Cafe Americano is only a 2:1 reward ratio). The Henry is also a bit of a walk south if you're playing at the Venetian/Caesars/Flamingo. I think Grand Lux Cafe is open at the Venetian.

Yeah the Lux was our other option, but had just left. Good to know on the Cosmo, only been to that casino once. When we eat we don't care about rewards so much as location, selection, quality, etc.

Thanks brother! Recalculation isn't so bad from getting stacked twice in like 10 hands. Down 150 playing cards, 220 sports, 50 craps and bought dinner for 105 at the kilt. Only a 500 day so far. One big pot and I'm back in it.

We flipped a coin to go to Umiya or stay and play. Umiya won, but we vetoed it and are staying. Lol. 5th attempt at our favorite place tomorrow at 3pm. Haha. We can be so dumb!!!

Lost 200 on a very strange hand. 4 limps, I make it 21 and get 2 callers with TT. Flop is 982 and i bet 25 and he raises to 50. I call. Turn 6, check call 50, river 5 I check call 100... he has KK. I probably made a mistake somewhere, but this dude did just show a big bluff a couple hands ago. We'll rally!!!

Won a pretty nice one! Same guy with KK from early. He limps, 2 other limps I make it 20 from the button with AT, he calls. Flop is A79ss. He checks, i bet 30, he insta shoved for 170 more.

I ask if he wants a call. He says whatever you want to do... i tank for maybe a minute and call. He nods... board runs out clean and he says I missed and mucked.

This one was really 50/50 with his bluff and then KK hand in my mind, so I like the call I think??? Either way, we're climbing!!!
