Time to catch up. Saturday night after making Day 2 of the Venetian $75k went back to the room and changed, then made way to CarneVino and sat at the bar.
Had a nice Riesling and started with the "Roman salad" (I.e. Caesar salad lol). Came with anchovies on top which I love.
Asked the bar tender for a pasta course recommendation and he told me about an off menu beef cheek ravioli with 25 year aged balsamic, so got that and it was delicious.
Decided to go flat iron. They carved it table side and drizzled some nice olive oil on it with some sea salt
Got super food coma'd and went to bed.
