Yeah, it is like going shopping the day after Thanksgiving at 7 AM and saying that stores are always too busy or going to church on Easter or Christmas and complaining that it is too crowded. You literally picked the most expensive weekend of the year outside of maybe New Year's and claimed that to be the average. Then you argued that you chose last minute weekend trips and instead of picking the last minute weekend that was coming in two days you picked the following weekend when prices were outrageous.

Airbnb may be right for some people, as droopy says above with the ability to cook food, get away from the casino, etc..., but to just throw out ridiculous statements makes your stance seem flimsy at best.

What has changed is now the casinos have gotten good at identifying who those players are so they don’t waste those room offers on those who won’t splash around on house games.
I get my Diamond from Founders Card and that waives resort fees. I haven't gambled a nickel ever and only played poker (and recently that has even stopped as I only play at MGM properties, Venetian, and Wynn for a while now) and I still get rooms for under $10 midweek and pretty cheap on the weekends.

Big deal, I used to get two FREE roasted chicken dinners every month from the Klondike Casino on the Strip just because I lived in 89074. Didn't gamble there, just lived in the target neighborhood. Friendly place too.
