I happened to stumble upon your thread. I am taking a shot as well but with much less of a bankroll and at $1/2. I have the ticket and hotel booked to get me down there and hopefully I make it. Worst case scenario is I fly back home and save up again. People on here say why Vegas? It's the place to start. Massive low-limit game selection compared to anywhere else. Check my thread out if you want to know more. Good luck on the 20th.

Good for you in the sense that you are keeping up with the "graduating on time" part. There really is not a lot of downside to graduating from college. The more options that you have in life the better.

OP is rooming with me in Vegas so I feel it necessary to inform you he is alive and well but is not doing his duty as an English major as reflected by his lazyness and reluctance to write or update this thread. If he refuses to post an update, we will either kick him out of the house or I will update on his behalf and post embarassing tales of his antics.

But in all seriousness he is a solid player and is doing fine so dont worry, hes not dead.
