Doing my first "Super Bowl weekend in Vegas" this season. Need some advice on viewing parties. Looking for one of those flat rate, guaranteed seat, open food and booze parties I've heard about, from $100 - $200 per person. Any suggestions? Past experiences?

Thanks!

Strip? Off strip? Does it need to be a casino/somewhere with a book on site? You have status or a preference for any particular casino group?

Great questions. On strip, preferably on a casino property, no requirement for sports book.

Same question, except looking for London venue.... This falls around 12:00 am, on the 5th, the day before the ICE Gaming conf.

There are some choices listed online, but I am looking here for recommendations among them.

Additional criteria, due to the ungodly late hour:

1. decent enough venue/neighborhood to leave the party around 3:00 am and catch a taxi or uber
2. preferably serving decent food/drink

How many in your group? Any that play bigger in the pit? (doesn't sound like the sports book is big for your group, but if anyone is a bigger sports bettor this also)

the reason for the question is that if your staying at a strip property they will all have many different parties, and if anyone plays at a high level, you can ask the host personnel on duty to get several of you into one of them-but keep in mind its the busiest weekend all year and you will need to be moving a lot of chips to make anyone notice you-

on the other end of the spectrum, if you looking to do it on the cheap, downtown the game will be on at all of the stages, beers will be cheap-but you will be standing all afternoon.

Ive been in vegas for over 15 SB weekends-and really have found that we've had the most fun when we got a suite(which is hard that weekend) and watched in the room-although the big parties can be fun also-

Have fun-awesome weekend to be in town, but just be prepared for everything to be PACKED-action will be fantastic at the tables, but the lines will be long for everything-plan accordingly

The Orleans had several "parties" set up throughout the casino. They would set up tv's and a bunch of chairs convention style, but nice cushy living room-style chairs. Cheap beers and buckets of beers. No charge to watch and you could sit down.

I stay at the Orleans every SB but we go to the South Point to watch the game. The past two years Orleans hands out tickets for free watching parties in their ballroom starting maybe 9 AM Sunday, then doors open maybe 2 PM or so
