There are two types of sex: the type you get for free and the type you pay for. The type you get for free is a lot more expensive than the type you pay for. Some of us also don't want to settle for just one girl.

Sometimes you just want to have a good time and don't mind paying for it. You want a super attractive girl to give you her attention, to hang out with you, to get drunk with you, and then cuddle up to you with her clothes off afterwards.

I would disagree. People would say the same about poker, how you don't do anything with 90%+ of the hands you're given and then spend 100s of dollars on pocket Aces or Kings. In strip clubs, you have to say no to the stripper equivalent of a King-6 offsuit and wait for those pocket Aces or Kings to come around. When you learn how to say no with an erection, you'll have a much more enjoyable time that you won't consider wasted.

Since we're talking about Vegas clubs, two tips I'd give to people are not to do VIP and don't spend more than $100 per girl per visit. You can have quite an affordable and enjoyable time and the girls that aren't worth your time will self-select themselves out.

The previous club there was called Striptease and they closed down because they didn't pay cabbies spiffs, fees that the club would pay to cab drivers (and now Uber/Lyft drivers) for bringing customers to them. Location could be a possibility too; Pussycats is nearby and they closed down but Play it Again Sam's is still going strong and they even renovated their interior last year. Seamless shutdown as well and became a gay nightclub called Rendezvous but they closed down too.

Strip clubs are really dark so a tattoo just looks like a blob which is less appealing than the bare skin of a young woman. You're not alone in finding them unappealing.

The donks always say you win the biggest pots with small suited connectors.

Why pay an uber driver, if the passenger has already put in the destination ? ( I do get that a driver can steer an uber passenger once the destination becomes known, just don't know if that's the practice.)

I do understand the tips to cabbies for steering customers, just think it may be wasted in the age of uber.

In the old days, one of the OG owners also owned a big piece of the major cab operators here. He would go ballistic however over the $ that were sucked up by drivers, before they made it to his club. Did not seem to affect the OG business iirc.

We frequently went to Tijuana to party when I briefly lived in Rosarito Beach the winter after BF and never saw anyone making trouble in one of the clubs. You have to be a special kind of idiot to act out in a place that’s probably cartel-operated.

I don't know how exactly Uber works but when you go into a club, they'll ask how you got there (Sapphire will even ask to see your car keys). If you tell them you got there by taxi/Uber/Lyft, they'll charge you (a higher) cover. Outside, after you've been dropped off, there will be a contact person for your Uber driver who will pay them off, sometimes its the valet. The amount of extra money you're paying in order to pay off your driver will never happen between you two, so that's probably why you'll still have to pay the Uber driver.

I've been there twice in the last 6 months and it's pretty safe; just don't go wandering off at night and control your liquor consumption. I even crossed when the caravan was around and didn't have issues.

Duh, I did not think it thru..... yeah, paying your driver at drop off makes sense..... every uber driver would know to let them know who brought you there. I would imagine an uber driver can recommend the rider change the destination after you get in the ride, that's what taxi drivers historically did to steer traffic.

(OTOH, If the club is tipping your departing uber driver, I would expect their lot also to be filled with uber drivers sitting there and waiting. )

Bump for Sapphire question, do the girls there get a commission or something for bringing guys in? I got a girl's number and she said to text her if we were coming back. Trying to figure out her angle. She made a few hundred off of our group but also spent a few hours at our table, I wouldn't think that would be enough to get a number but maybe I'm underestimating how much a few hundred is worth in that kind of work.
