Will be back this Friday - Sunday. Will be more of the same. Look forward to mixing in some pool and spa time.

Separately, last trip I played quite a bit with a very good LAG, remember thinking he was good enough to be playing higher. Well, I follow Wynn Poker on twitter and he's binked 3 tournaments in the last month or so, so hopefully he's up to 5-10 now.

Southwest A33, still bink the seat with no seat in front.



Uneventful flight. Lots of rain on the roads, apparently Vegas decided they don’t need drains? Seems questionable.

Started out with a Wynn buffet. 7/10, pretty good but $35 is overpriced. No seafood: boo. A three plater:







Check into the room, nice view:



Hit the pool for a few hours. My god, the talent. Offset by an endless supply of eurotrash. Are there not places to go be an obnoxious drunk ahole in Europe?



In a good 2/5 now.

Open AQo to 25, LAG 45 year old Asian male 3! To 75 (his 3rd 3! this orbit) from button, I call. Flip KQ6r, I check call 75. Turn Q, second spade (I don’t have As), I check call 200. River offsuit 8, I check and he puts me all in for about 700.

Anyone folding?

I called and was shown KK. The guy turned out to be tight/good.

-1200, shower then SW. Pains me to abandon Cut, but Sheldon Adelson is one of the worst humans.

Time change always crushes me on day 1.

Also, I never learn my lesson about these mid afternoon Wynn 2/5 games. There were at least 4 better players than me in the game; they’re always terrible. The graveyard games are consistently fantastic.

Pretty gross man. You didn’t fly to Vegas to fold AQo pre . Other than that you got no options but bust with it.

I'm staying at Wynn for part of my trip this summer, so will have to avoid playing poker this side of midnight. Might give me a shot

Going to have to try and make it to SW after seeing that steak. Not been for years!

Walking in Vegas is really nice with no crowds.
