Day 2 plans
-Currently at Planet Hollywood in the 1pm $80, $1500 GTD tournament. I'm planning to stick around for the 4pm then finish up at MGM with a cash session.
If today goes well, I'll take a shot in the Wynn $400, $40k GTD tomorrow
Last night ended up being a late one as I met my Tinder date around 9:30 and didn't go to sleep until 4. But Vegas has an energy that's inescapable. As soon as I looked at my morning view, stumbled out of my room and downstairs for iced coffee and Powerade I caught my second wind.
As I type this I'm down to 25% of my starting stack. Losing most of it with QsJs UTG on a KT6 flop. Preflop at 100/200 I made it 600 and was reraised to 2k by middle position. The button makes the call and the turn blanks a 3. I lead out for 800 to see where I'm at with my draw and middle position goes all in for 3700. The button makes the call and I make the fold. The showdown was AA v. JJ. I ended up busting my first rebuy all in for 1700 (200/400) on an 89 suited draw on a JT5 flop. I ran into Kings this time.
Post rebuy I'm hovering around 18.8 off a 12k starting stack. I came out of the rebuy flopping quad Kings holding KJ on a KKK32 flop. We checked down to the river 3 ways when SB bets 1k on the river. I raise to 2500, hoping to induce action from both players instead of the initial raiser folding to a 5k+ bet. Only the initial raiser calls.
My reads seem decent despite 3 hrs sleep and a wicked hangover.

Well, it looks like I mushed the NBA parlay. In addition to busting the second tournament only playing 3 hands in 5 levels. I ran that bad. I ended up busting on a mean cooler, flopping a set of 7s on a A79 flop, getting it all in against the chip leader's A7 and like clockwork, the 2 outer A peels off on the turn to send me home.
I'm back at the room for a nap and moving over to Planet Hollywood tomorrow afternoon for 2 days.

Guinness for the hangover. Coors light for the all day drink. Yesterday I had about 14 beers and feel like complete **** but I'm powering through it with a count of 5 beers today.
I suck at taking notes so I don't have many hand histories but I would love to know what you guys would have done in this spot.
It's final table, 7 handed and I'm 3rd in chips with 71k after posting BB at 5000/1000 level. Mid position seems loose but he's been running red hot and won't shut up. Usually if you have a 50+ mawg rec at the table that won't stay quiet, he's running hot. Preflop I have AdTd in the BB and he calls and the button calls.

I lead for 20k and he calls. The turn comes a Tc. I check and he jams which would leave me with 1BB if I while the river. It's a chip leader's or no cash spot.
I eventually fold face up and he shows QT for a turned 2-pair.
Anyhow I end up in 4th for +96 and I'm currently playing the 1pm 1500 GTD. On the first break with about 13bb going into 1000/2000.
The games so far have been a mix of tight locals and loose tourists. The cash games don't look to great here though. If I cash I'm going to take a 2hr nap after eating and come back for a cash session later tonight.

Short update: My phone died hours ago but I had 1/3 MTT cashes today for +260 profit. I tilted super hard towards the end of the last session and decided to hero dose edibles. Excuse me if I go dark but I'm on a mission to eat everything in sight.
Tomorrow, all cash. Most likely across the street at Aria or Bellagio. PHo cash games haven't looked good at all. I'll pic dump later, I'll be full ****** in about 15-20 mins.

I agree.
Quick update.... Rain early morning kept me in Planet Hollywood. I nursed my slight hangover with a joint, a few beers, and the amazing buffalo chicken waffle fries in the Planet Hollywood sportsbook.
I registered the 1pm $80 $1500 gtd as a bankroll builder and took down first with an ICM chop for +650.
I'm gonna grab some food, and get a second wind for tonight's session. I'll give a more detailed write up later.

Whoa.... What a night
I haven't slept yet, but I need to chill for a bit and give my liver a rest.
Yesterday I ended up +763 at Planet Hollywood, downtown to meet my friends where my phone died. Planet Hollywood's USB chargers in their tables weren't working so I don't have very many pics or notes from last night.
Mainly because we drank about 8 shots and 8 beers each (after my 6-8 over 7.5 hours of play at Planet Hollywood) so needless to say I was pretty trashed. My buddy's terrible Vegas blow couldn't even bring me back anywhere close to sobreity. In all of my drunkenness I remembered Big Jim (Slim the legend) saying Milk Thistle is the remedy for knocking out a hangover before it gets too bag. I went into the Walgreen's on Fremont Street and bought a $22 bottle of Milk Thistle for me and the boys. I don't know is it's doing it's job or it's the lack of sleep due to stimulants and adrenaline that has me feeling "sorta ok".
But I'm about to crash pretty hard after I eat and take a smoke. I'm all Vegas'd out.
There were 5 poker games running at the Golden Nugget last night. There was zippy chance I was going to sit down and make good decisions at a poker table after the wild night that we had.
From what I can remember the totals from yesterday were:
+763 poker (2-$80 tournaments, ICM chopped first in the 1pm for $730, and $+113 ($1/2 in about 10 minutes)
-$150 Blackjack
+$350 Roulette
-$20 Sportsbets
The Planet Hollywood room is much more comfortable than MGM. I'm going to sweat out my sins in the tub and take today off. I'm going to have to do some serious picture cleanup later. There's dozens of NSFW pictures in my camera roll, but here's some strip views since it's so nice out today.
