What is a good site to find short term vegas rental houses? I obviously have used google and have found far fewer available than i would have thought. I am looking to come out for a month or possibly two and rent a furnished house.

note that the listed prices are, for the most part higer than theyre expecting to get considering the market being in the toilet atm. Call the owners and haggle.

Exactly what i was looking for, thank you. Any idea what percentage below asking price i should offer? If they are asking $3000/month is it fairly likely i could get this for 2500/month? TIA

When are you planning to go? If now-jan 1 id offer like 1700 if they were asking 3K. After Jan, in the high season, id offer like 2K. At the very least youll get them to come back with a good counter-offer.
