For what it’s worth, I highly recommend the barber at Aria. Haircut and beard trim were awesome. $85 isn’t cheap, but I wasn’t expecting cheap, AND he did a great job.

Played the 10 pm $150 Deepstack and busted in typical me fashion.

I’m UTG with roughly 25 big blinds and raise to 3x big blind with pocket 10s. Everyone folds to blinds who both call.

Flop is deuce/ten/queen rainbow. Both blinds check, and I bet half pot. Small blind folds and the big blind shoves (has me covered). I insta-call only to see a set of queens.

I guess I should be thankful it happened before I spent a ton of time playing in the tourney. Oh well...back to Aria.

Mostly treading water at this point. Pretty quiet game. Unfortunately the two guys absolutely blasting off (Aussies) left within five minutes of my sitting down.
