Was going to post a starting stack photo at Aria but sat down and tripled up very first hand with two pair vs two missed draws. Life is still pretty good.

your commentary on our portion sizes reminds me that in Japan they often call large "American size"

like you'd order a bowl of ramen and the waiter will say "would you like small, medium, or american?"

That’s like the coffee haha. I love coffee but come on, some people at Starbucks order those 30 ounce americanos. My heart would quite literally stop only drinking 1/5 of that. How someone can actually drink that is beyond me.

yeah i guess we're just used to it, first few times ordering coffee in europe i felt so ripped off, took me ages to adapt to drinking a little baby cup of coffee and not wondering where the rest of it was
