Rezoning of 100's of Acres Downtown Las Vegas

There is a move afoot, according to the Las Vegas planning authorities, to rezone 200+ acres of land north of Ogden, south of the freeway, and east of Las Vegas Blvd. There is a "community meeting" scheduled for July 23 to discuss it. But I have not been able to find anything about it using the City's web site, the planning department website, or Google in general.
Since it will be openly discussed next month it's not "Area 51" secret. Does anyone know something about this rezoning thing?
