And yet, now we're considering casinos in different states to be close to each other.
You were never on track. Spreading 2/5 as the lowest NLH game is about how Resorts World can make their room a poker destination and an asset to the casino, instead of having it end up as just another vegas poker wasteland that only sees 3 tables of 1/3 during prime hours and nothing else

have you seen an empty poker room never get even one game running for more than 30 minutes?? get ready for that.

Yes, I'm afraid a lot of us are worried this will be the case for Resorts World within a few months after launch... hopefully they will be creative and listen to new ideas about how they can drive a core base of regulars to their room!

Yes how to drive a core base of regulars to their room by not spreading the 1-3 game they like to play. Are you trying to be a poker room manager with that thought process? We have enough inept managers already.

More availability of PLO would be a nice way to go.

Massive PLO wait lists at Aria the last two times I tried to get in a game.

More PLO = more action

If you managed a poker room and you could have either 3 tables of 1/3 or 3 tables of 2/5, which would you choose?

Curious. It didn't mention how the process will go once you rack up. Chips to cash or onto your digital wallet?

I saw a sign at Santa Fe Station a couple weeks ago that there table games had cashless options.

Four words.

Double board bomb pots.

If you've played in the games that have them, you know how awesome they are. Needs to be experienced to be fully understood - they can liven up even the nittiest tables!

Seems like they can track win/loss this way.

I think they’ll get a lot of push back from players if there’s no regular cash out option available. They should offer both options

Some video of inside. The woman reporting from the studio got arrested a few months ago when she was found naked and passed out in a car. lol

Thanks for the pic dump.

The registration area (which I assume is the first pic) looks a bit bland/boring but rest looks pretty nice.

I think you may be missing a piece of the equation. if you think you could have 3 tables of either 1/3 or 2/5, why stop there? With that logic it would be natural to conclude that you could have 3 tables of 5/10, or 3 tables of 10/25 or 3 tables of 25/50. (hence, why he used the word, inept to describe some of the poker managers)

MSChu, are those photos you snapped? The place looks absolutely empty -- have they opened yet? It sort of looks like ... you went during a soft launch
