Will give Wynn/Encore patrons a nearby choice.

Kind of like the then new Bellagio did for the Mirage patrons way back when.

Or the Mirage did for the Stardust patrons (except it wasn't right next door), if any readers here are that old.

I appreciate that win or lose, they’re going big. We haven’t seen that in Vegas since Aria opened 10 years ago. Looking forward to it either being a fun and busy new place to play, or being a colossal failure that they’ll teach about in business schools for decades.

At the Golden Nugget over the weekend, played with an iron worker from their construction site.

Cliffs: the construction delay of about a year is specifically due to the new CEO personally directing architectural design changes. This required substantial redesign and rerouting of the mechanical and electrical systems, on top of the obvious structural and architectural layouts.

Hey, when it's only borrowed money and not your own, what's a year delay in all the expected cash flows?
