I’m also a n00b, but do not get edibles. Almost passed out in the Caesar’s bathroom because it hit me so hard. Go with a prerolled joint or vape/cartridge. It’s hard to overdo it with the vape, but might be pricey and you can’t take it with you. ($20 for the vape and $40+ for the cartridge).

I had a handful of hit or miss/bad experiences and one of the reasons was because no one told me how weed was different from alcohol. I thought you had to keep smoking every 15 min to an hour to keep it going, like booze.

Finally a buddy said ‘Take a hit and wait 5 minutes. Do you want to feel like this for the next 2 hours? Then stop. If not, take another hit and repeat the question.’

For me these days, I like one big hit (relaxes and puts a smile on my face); light up a cigar (nicotine is my upper); and grab a nice scotch/whiskey (socializer).

Yeah but it's a way more tired high imo. Smoking a sativa dominant hybrid is the only thing I can stand. Vaping oil is way different.

I visited "The Source" I believe it was called when I was in town bowling. $10 battery and a $45 indica cart...............all good!

Rolling in tomorrow ( no pun intended) for couple weeks. MedMen closest dispesary and seems to stock decent amount of Augie highly recommended Polaris and Cannabiotix. Solid dispensary? I will have a car so if better option don't mind traveling.

Imo the best dispensary in the state is "blackjack collective" on las vegas blvd inbetween charleston and sahara. They regularly have 6/7 dollar grams. Just call and ask what the special of the day is and what time its in effect. Idk about there other products other than flower/prerolls/concentrate but from those products alone i gibe black jack two thumbs up

I can vouch for Medmen in Az (medical only). Good product, higher then avg prices (IME). And consolidation is definitely occurring in Az. Medmen is one of a couple bigger players. Economy of scale, until they become a monopoly, at least.

I kind of want to turn the question around, though. Have you ever been to a dispensary (medical or rec) that you wouldn't go back to? I've been to more then a few, medical in Az and rec legal sites in CO, NV, OR, etc.

I feel like if I were doing a rating of these dispensaries, there would not be too much variance. Product/service are comparable, environment inside can vary, but again, not by much. They are all mostly comfortable, etc. Location can be a big factor, but, even then, one of my favorites in Az is in a truly shitty area. Like, really sketch. Armed guards are a plus, in this situation. So I go back (also, I'm only a couple z's away from my freebie)(loyalty programs FTW)

No they don't. Blackjack is a little hole in the wall spot that carries low end flower from lower end growers, hence the cheaper prices.
Med Men is a joke as well. They buy their flower from everyone else and then charge an extra $10-15 an eighth.
If you want Cannabiotix go to Essence, they own them. Just like everyone else, Essence keeps the best of the crops for themselves and sells the mid batches to other stores, like Medmen. Right now the best deal I have seen for Headcheese is actually at Canopi on 3rd street. Full gram prerolls for $7 and you get 10% off for first timers. I would not buy anything else from there, all their flower is ass.

They don't but i would suggest "kiff"from blackjack they have organic tasty and potent flower. And I'm pretty sure black jack gives free prerolls to first timers. At least they did when i first bought there. Essence has a wider array of flower brands for a similar yet slightly higher cost. The only reason i prefer blackjack is the shorter lines and more personal bud tenders.essence kinda feels like the walmart for weed.which isn't necessarily a bad thing but there right next to each other and i get better deals/service at blackjack so...

I just moved to LV from Seattle, and the price difference makes me want to quit. I was dabbing at least half gram a day back home. The prices of good cartridges are outrageous, like $100/gram, whether theyre coming in halves or thirds.
