yes, i've vaped inside casinos, and i've seen other people doing it. if you're sitting at a slot, pull the pen out and take a quick hit, nobody's going to look twice.

i've smoked weed inside dozens of hotel rooms. never had a problem. even before rec legalization, hotel hallways would stink like weed regularly. not legal, not really enforced. get a room at harrah's and the windows open.

most dispensaries will have every vape option and 99% of them fit the standard threads. but they all sell batteries too.

As far as I know, the only places to legally use it are in private homes. You can't use it in casinos, bars, hotels, and public spaces such as the sidewalk. It's a misdemeanor, but I'm not sure how often people actually get ticketed for it. Some casinos have posted signs about it, but a rub-and-tug might post a sign saying sex is not available and still give you a handjob. My guess is that they will be strict about blatant use in front of staff, but won't go around specifically looking for it.

The claim has been that casinos will not allow it so long as there are federal laws against marijuana because they risk losing their gaming licenses. This is highly unlikely to change so long as Jeff Sessions is Attorney General.

Augie pretty much has it. All you need is a driver's license or passport showing that you are old enough, and you can buy weed.

The law says that you can only consume weed in private residences - not in public, not in a casino, not in your hotel room. But in truth, if you are somewhat subtle, you can get away with it. Smoke outside somewhere where you aren't that close to other people, and try not to be obvious, and nothing will happen. Similarly, you will probably be able to get away with smoking in your hotel room if you don't smoke up the place too much. Take smaller hits and hold it longer so you aren't exhaling that much smoke. If you are subtle you ARE still breaking the law, but your chances of consequences are fairly small. I would definitely not suggest smoking on a casino floor, though.

go with edibles or a disposable vape pen. i still wouldn't openly vape on the casino floor, but you should be ok in your room, anywhere outside, or even in a washroom.

True story: If Security at House of blues spots your vape pen they will tell you leave it in your car or room.

How do they know the difference between a tobacco vape pen and a cannabis vape pen?

Also, going to Vegas tomorrow for a week and a bunch of us want to score some vape pens. We're at Aria and PH. Whats the closet shop to our hotel and any recommendations on what exact pens to buy? I've never been to one of these places before as I'm from TN and weed is the devil according to our lawmakers. I prefer a "body" buzz, and HATE a "head" buzz high as I get bad panic attacks.

Its pretty obvious actually if you are a smoker. There are only a few makers of batteries available and they are branded. I suppose some asshats have ruined it for everyone by causing a disturbance.

i went to Apothecary which is just up from the Gold Coast. Seemed like a good operation overall, although i am only comparing to my hometown shops--i have not been to any of the others in vegas. I would ask the staff there what they recommend for your "body" high. They might steer you towards edibles, but be careful if you are not used to them. All the warnings you hear are true.

Yea I've never tried edibles due to all the **** I've heard. I'm guessing I want a strain high in CBD and low in THC?

IDK how much you weight but this is what I do. I eat two doses of the edible. Generally nothing happens so I wait 20 min. One more bite and then it sends me into hyperspace. Works every time.

There can be a great deal of inconsistency with SOME edibles. When the batch is made, some can be stronger than others within the same batch. Start with 10 milligrams and go up slowly. I find 10 is right for me but others prefer 15 or even 20. Start low and go slow. I took it with a friend and I definitely felt it at 10 and he didn't. Would also depend on other factors such as your weight and if your taking on a full or empty stomach.

Some of you may be underestimating how long it takes edibles to kick in. I have a really low tolerance to them -- 10 mgs can often get me pretty high -- yet it's not uncommon for me to feel no effect for 45-75 minutes after taking the edible.

ahhhhh the good 'ol days haha... 120mg is pretty much my standard edible dose these days lol
