True, even though that is pretty stupid for various reasons.

Imagine a factory in Bangladesh burns down. 20k jeans are lost, production cost $4 each. 5k of those already had Walmart brand tags, 5k had 7 for all mankind tags and 10k were still unbranded. The manufacturer intended to sell all of them for $5 each. Walmart charges $20 for a pair at their store and 7 for all mankind charges $200. What's the value of goods lost here?

In Colorado, they are basically colocating atms (at least at two places i've been to) at checkout. So they ring you up, you debit card in a 5$ increment above your purchase price, and get change.

I think the atms are somewhat independent of dispensary do yhe banks are okay. Not certain jow the merchant gets paid from the bank behind the atm, but maybe it is a colorado not federal chartered bank

The all cash nature was causing security issues all around.

i was talking about MMJ as a government program. just legalize it you idiots. MMJ is a large scale charade, a pantomime. and then douchebags feel empowered to be a complete ass to dispensary workers because the price of their "medicine" has gone up.

there is at least one dispensary i know of in vegas, jardin (and probably others) which helps people who have cancer and other serious diseases puchase RSO, CBD tinctures, etc. i think that's outstanding and the way it should be.

There are certainly medical benefits from marijuana. That is beyond question. However, I know that a substantial chunk of people with medical marijuana cards only want safe access to buy and grow weed because they like to get high. People make all kinds of excuses. Some are legitimate but most are not IMO. This is all based on personal observations and experience and is not scientific in any way. I'd be interested in any legitimate studies done on the subject though.

Three questions:

In Nevada, is there a big difference in strength (% of THC) you can buy as a medical ID card holder versus recreational buyer?

Is there a big difference in price (due to taxes) of medical versus recreational products?

What is the average price (or price range) in Nevada for 500mg pre-filled THC Vape pen? I was just in Colorado, and recreational price for this was in the $45 to $65 range depending upon the brand of pen.

yea, there's a big difference. if you are medical and wait for a sale, you can find $200 oz or $30/g of wax. if you're recreational, you're paying ~$400 for the same oz and like $75 for the same wax.

for recreational, it's going to be like $75 for a 500mg

Cheeba Chews @ Acres and Oasis are $20 each w/tax. The edible market is pretty lame here. 2 Cheeba Chews give me a 1 way trip to the Abyss every time and uncontrollable munchies.
