My flight delayed fortunately/unfortunately depending how you look at it ! After a minus 120 session at Bellagio , we are back at the Wynn PLO streets !
PLO session going well. Man flights are a disaster. I had to completely rebook for tomorrow - worse places to be stuck. Got another room, this time on the Wynn side. In for 500 - got about 1300-1400 right now
We rack up a nice 1K win in PLO and check into our new room on the Wynn side of the property. I miss my kids, and it’s a shame I am missing Father’s Day tomorrow, but like I said, there Are worse places to be stuck for sure.
An extra 800 profit, minus the room cost..pretty sure you can have a good belated Father’s Day at Dave and busters or other kid centric place that is memorable for all of you. Nice job and safe flight home
Heading out for Labor Day weekend. Hoping to have your luck at the poker tables and Leon luck at the VP
Thanks for all the well wishes guys. I ended (hopefully lol) the trip last night at SW steak house in the Wynn which is one of my favorites. Sat at the bar and watched the end of the Tampa Colorado game and the boxing matches on ESPN. Old Fashioned, Caesar Salad and their bread, filet medium with Bernaise and SW sauce on the side, and a Clase Azul tequila for dessert. What a dinner.
On the way out to the airport. Hopefully the flight holds. So far, no notifications. On the way out we did a 500 dollar roulette spin and hit 26 my wife’s bday for 50, then my lucky number 14 for 100! Will have trip totals soon
Back home in the New England area safe and sound. Thanks all for reading, following and sweating my tourney runs. It was a truly awesome trip and I felt blessed to have the opportunity. For those of you who really like poker hand histories, sorry I didn't share many or record many. To be honest, other than a few intersting spots in Bellagio 2/5 where I hero'd most of my poker action were very standard hands. It was kind of a weird trip that way. Not complaining as not being in tricky spots is a good thing. Also, I wanted to write more and capture the essence of being there vs. just boom boom boom quick hits from one thing to the next with pics but I admit it's not so easy to catch up on a long trip with a lot of activities. I hope you enjoyed.
For sure TJ. It was a great trip. The only thing I didn't get to do which was on my list was to put in some hours at 5/10 NL at bellagio which I love to do. I am going back in September, and hope to get some 5/10 hours in. Either way, I had an amazing time and now it's back to the real life grind.....
I'll be back in September for a work thing but will work in some poker and other activities for sure. I'll make sure to update. Purrrrhaps a new thread? Is that the typical thing to do for each trip?
