I'm heading out to Vegas on Friday together with a friend (from now on referenced as "Falk"). I don't know how much I'm going to update this TR, but some friends asked me to do it so here we are.

I'll play mainly 2/5$ Texas but probably stick in some 5/10$ Texas. If I run into some 5card Omaha I'll play that as well (not hi/lo).
I don't know what Falk is going to play, but I assume PLO and 5/5$+.

*WSOP
I plan to play WSOP Main Event but not 100 % yet. Depending a bit on how the first week goes. I prefer cash games over tournaments.
Falk managed to win a package to WSOP Main Event through 888poker (that's why we are moving to Vdara, six nights free accommodation included in the package).

*Restaurants
Probably going to spend a few nights over at Sushisamba, but I highly appreciate any tips on restaurants. Any "healthy" option close to the Wynn Poker Room would be great as a lunch option.

*Nightclubs
Going to try to keep it to 2 nights out. 4th July with a lot of other Swedes and then I have to revisit XS Night Swim.

*Shows
No clue, might go on "O" since I've heard great things about it. Falk saw that the first trip though.

*Other
The last trip I went to GC with a helicopter and went to a gun range so this trip we'll spend all the time at the strip.

So, the trip has officially started.
Falk arrived in Gothenburg last night, and we went out for dinner, and I took him to my go-to place in Gothenburg called "Toso", its a fancy Asian fusion restaurant that I really can recommend if anyone of you ever go to Gothenburg, Sweden. Falk took some worthless photos of the food.

Afterward, we took a Voi (electric scooter) over to the local casino and tried to start a 2/5$ PLO game but no luck. We went back home and got a couple of hours of sleep until we went to the airport. At the airport it was a crazy line to security, I'd assume it would take people at least 30 minutes. Fortunately for us, we have fast track and could go through security directly.

When we sat down at the lounge, we saw that our flight were delayed 20 minutes. So we sat down and played a poker game my friends "invented". A multi-board Texas/PLO-game with bonuses etc. For some reason I glanced at the screen and saw "Final call" on our flight, so turns out there was no delay? A bit stressed we rushed over to the gate and were the last one to board. Would have sucked to miss the flight.

Just landed in London and continued on the game and Falk is on a massive rush crushing me. Now the deck of cards is in the trash bin, and we are playing some PLO Zoom at Pokerstars waiting for our flight to Vegas.

Had a nice flight and landed in Vegas last night. Probably got scammed by the taxi driver who charged us 35$+tips from McCarran to Encore. Anyhow, smooth check-in, and we got a room on the 29th floor with strip-view.

We met up with the rest of the gang who were playing some Ultimate texas. Me and Falk only slept like 2 hours on the flight, so we were pretty tired and went back to our room.

Just woke up pretty jet lagged and are going down to the poker room within now to play some poker. I'm going to jump into some 2/5$ Texas game and Falk 5/10 - 10/20$ Texas depending on what games are up.

Btw, if anyone wants to change live-dollar versus skrill-dollar please PM. Looking for 5-6k$ to start with. (Don't know if it's okey to post here remove if not).

British airways!
I’ve flown business with SAS, Finnair and ThaiAir before.
I liked the seating arrangement on this airplane compared to SAS/Thai (at least if you traveling with a friend).

Everything else (food, the bed etc) is better inn SAS, Finnair and Thai (at least if you get the latest fleet).

I sat down at 2/5$ with 1k$ and have played some hands I’ll post later.
Falk sat down at 5/5 w rock PLO and busted 2k$ I think. He went back to the room and I’m still playing.

So here are two hands from the first session.

I straddle 10$ and look down at
Q 9 and three persons limps and I check.
Flop comes Q 9 5 and I stab for 25$.
One person flat and the rest fold and we head for a turn which gives A

I decide to check and Villain bets 50$ and I go for a call. River brings a beautiful 9 giving me a boat. I check again and villain takes out 80$ and bets. I think for a while before raising to 250$. Within seconds villain (6-700$) announces all in which suprises me. Could he really limp queens / aces pre here? Anyhow i'm obivously not folding so I call and when villains sees my hand he just keeps on whining on how lucky I am and that he was a head on turn etc.

Played another fun hand against him an hour later.
Again I straddle 10$ and this time we are three to a flop. We look down at J 9 and the flop brings us A T 8. Again I lead out 25$ and both players call. Turn brings a magical Q and I continue for 80$. Yet again both players decide to call and we head for a river which isnt a great card. The river is another Ace pairing up the board. However both players are passive fishes so I decide to go for a bet/fold on the river and bet 175$. However the first player decide to min-raise (same guy from the Q9-hand) to 350$. Villain #2 folds and its back over to me. I don't really like the raise but calling another 175$ to win a pot of 1k$ I have no other option than calling, hoping that he is overestimating a trips or something. So I call and villain shows QT. When he sees my hand he continues to whine and says something like "Omg, how can you call? That ace is great for me? You see I have two-pair, I could easily have had AQ, omg how can you call".

A while after this I decided to leave and I booked a profit of 487$.

I met up with Falk andwent over to the pool and had some breakfast before me and Falk went over to the gym. Made a solid 30 minutes at the gym before being to tired, so went back to the room to get a powernap but when I just was about to hit the bed a friend called and asked if I wanted to join a golf round at Bali Hai. I've never played in Vegas before so I decided to join even though the clock was 12ish.

Lets be honest and say I didn't do my best round. Being really tired I spewed of 5 golf balls in water and decided to take a cab back home after 10 holes.

Sat down at 2/5$ when I got back home and played until 9 PM. Probably shouldn't have played since I was so tired. Ended up doing some really bad hero calls but still managed to book a win. Largest pot of the trip aswell happened when I looked down at K Q on the button.

A straddled pot and UTG+2 opens to 25$. A reg (who had 3bet in everyhand someone raised a straddle) makes it 80$. I'm stuck a bit at this moment and decide to call on the BTN. PFR calls aswell and we head for a flop that comes A K 7. Both players check and I bet 125$. Without thinking about it to much UTG+2 decide to check-raise to 300$. The 3-bettor thinks for a while before letting it go and action is back over at me. Obviously not going anywhere here so I go all in for the remaining 600$ and get a snap-call. Turn is a brick but river lands a K. I table my KQ and it holds. Pot at roughly 1700-1800$.

Won some more hands after that building my stack to 3000$ before losing it down to 2.2k$ and calling it for tonight. Total profit for Day 1 lands on 1278$ and 6.5 hours of play.

Still being pretty jetlagged so Falk woke up at 3.00 AM and went down to grind some 5/5 PLO. When I woke up at 7:00 AM, he was up 3k$. I went over to Jardin with Falk and another friend for breakfast. Damn this hotel(and city) is beyond.

A breakfast containing three juices, two coffees, two omelets, one avocado toast, and three small bowls of berries = 160$.

Went back to the poker room and I sat down at 2/5 with 1k. Started off with calling of and bluffing away 400 $ and was just about to refill to 1k again when I looked down at QQ. I raise and get 1 caller, and we head for a flop.

K J 4 and I go for a check call. Turn is a magical Q and I check yet again and villain fires another bullet. With a lot of draws out there, I decide for a check-raise, and he calls quite fast. River pairs the board and I jam my remaining stack and get snap-called, and he tables jacks. Pretty lucky there.

From there on I go on a sweet rush winning a lot of pots and bluffs works out.
A new player opens to 25$ on CO, and I flat pockets 9's in SB. Usually, I'd prefer to 3b here but with the player being new at the table, so I went with a more passive line.

Flop came 4 8 9. I check and villain bets out 35$. I re-pop it for 125$. He calls quite fast and turn bring us a T. I bet out 175$, and within seconds villain announces all in with his remaining 875$. I don't feel quite comfortable here but can't fold either, so I threw in a chip for a call and river brings J. In my mind, I've just lost the pot, but luckily he tables 44, and I scoop a nice pot yet again.

Flash forward an hour, and I accidentally limped 53 in CO and called a raise to 35$ preflop from the BB with two callers. So we head to a flop 4way, and we get 7 5 3. PFR bets out 95$ and I call and one other person calls aswell and one folds. The turn brings a 9 giving me a flush. Again the PFR bets out 250$ and I call and the last person tanks for a while before letting it go. River lands a blank card, can't even remember let's say 2. PFR tanks for a while before checking. He has roughly 1200$ behind him and I start to think whether to bet small or overbet jam. I decide to jam, and he goes into the tank for a long time. Eventually, a lady decides to time him, and when its seconds left, he decides to let it go.

The hand after I decide to open K8 in CO+1 to 20$ and the same villain flats in SB. We are heads up to a flop that brings us K 8 5. He checks an I bet 30$. He re-pops it to an even 100$, and I call. The turn brings a Q and he puts out a bet of 200$. Again I call, and river lands a blank card, let's say 2. He overbets jams for his remaining 875$. Sigh. I start to dissect the hand, and I'm not that worried about KQ or KK. I block 8s so the only logical hand he could have is pocket fives. Start to thinking whether or not he is tilted about the previous hand. I tank for a while before tossing in a call. He tables pocket fives.

Played for 30 minutes after that hand and lost another 5-600$ before leaving. Still booked a profit but only 175$ or something. At least breakfast was paid.

Spent 15 minutes by the pool. Falk wanted to stay longer so I met up another friend for some drinks + low-stakes pit games. Started of with some BJ and Roulette and bought it for a total of 100$.

Won at both games and went over for some Ultimate and booked another win. Another friend joined us and we went to the craps table. At this point, I'm up 350$ or something. I roll the dices and right when I've thrown the decides and "entered the game," or what you say, an old man walks up to our table and bets a couple of grand on a lot of stuff. He looks over at me and says, "go on son," and I pick up the dices and throw a magical seven, killing everyone. The older man yells at me (obviously joking though) and it's his turn to throw the dices now. We buy in another time, and this older man goes on a rush. I have 25$ on pass line and 25$ on every number 4-10. When he eventually busts I've won 600$ or something.

We grabbed some dinner at Allegro, and I lost the dinner flip. Walked back over to the craps tables again with a short stop to the bathroom. While they were in the bathrooms I decided to win back the dinner playing blackjack. I was easily done.

Over at the craps table, we busted twice really fast. We walked to another table, and it was my friend turn to roll the dice. I figured it should be quite impossible to bust quick again, so I put 50$ on pass line and 50$ on all numbers. Now my friend goes on a sick rush. The money keeps racking up and when he hits the correct number and the game re-starts I put out 200$ on pass line. I think he rolls an 8 and that's 5x pass line. So I put 1k$ behind and the first throw my friends rolls another 8 giving me a nice payday. This continues for a while, and I'd guess my friend rolled a total of 30-35 throws. Eventually, we bust and walk away from the table, and I look down at five yellow chips. We head back to Encore to see how it goes for our friends in the 1k$. Talked with them for a while and then sat down at Ultimate yet again with 1k$. We ran pretty cold, and I spewed of the last hundreds on Roulette before calling it for the night, booking a solid profit of 3900$ on pit games.

Just woke up now and going down to grind some cash games right now. Falk had already left the room when I woke up (he was sleeping when I got back to the room) I'd guess he is down grinding PLO.

One of your hands had 5s3s in your hand and 5s on the board. Can you clarify?

I talked with the next to me and he limped and somehow I just threw in a 5. First limp of this trip and probably the last.

Just saw that! I had 53s so the flop was probably 7 5 2 then. No face cards and no straight at least

Haha, so yesterday was fun.
We started off by going with a friend to buy some shoes. He was looking for some exclusive shoes, so we took a cab to a special mall that had a special shop that sold special shoes. When we got there (roughly 10min with a cab from Encore) it looked trashy. Saw several people stroll around in the mall being high on something. Went to the place only to realize that the store had moved... to the Fashion show mall next to Encore. Took another cab over there and we bought ourselves a pair of Yeezy each.

Went back to Encore only to grind 2/5$ for 1h and bust 1200$. I met up with Falk, and we decided to go out drinking and grab dinner at Sushisamba. While walking over to Palazzo, we stop by the Craps table, and I try to teach Falk how it works. Go on a super cold run with the seven being rolled three times in 5 minutes and I lose 600$. At Samba we took the hot stone, some sushi, wagyu gyoza, tempura shrimps and some cocktails. Forgot to take pictures but I ordered mostly the same last time, so I'll post the same images from back then.

After we met up with some friends and took an Ultimate table at Wynn, lost another 500$ before calling it and just stood by railing them and drinking drinks. Meanwhile, I grind the Tinder app, and I talk with some Mexican girl. It turns out she is at Wynn playing slots with a Friend. So I and Falk leaves our friends at the Ultimate table and met the Mexican girls. We take them around the casino and show them the pit games. They had never played any of it. I lose another 1k$ playing craps, and then I borrow another 1k$ from Falk and bet 100 pass line and 50$ on numbers. Go on a semi-rush cash out 3200$. I give Falk his 1k back, and we stroll over Roulette. I give the girls some chips, and they place it on numbers, and we start off by hitting the right number. After that, we do like 10 rounds without hitting any number, and we play about 6-8 numbers each time.

Busted the little we had bought in for and walked over to Blackjack. Falk ran cold, and I ran hot yet again cashing out an another 1k profit. Ordered some more drinks and at this point, I'm probably 15 Vodka sodas deep. Most of them had been double as well. We went over to some bar at Wynn with the girls and drank some more. Talked a lot and taught each other Swedish / Spanish. It was easier for us since both of us learned Spanish in high school. (I failed that class though). A lot of tequilas was ordered, and this is the last thing I remember.

Woke up a while ago not knowing how I got to the room. Semi panic since I knew I had about 3k$ in chips. Found the chips, found the wallet, found the watch... but couldn't find the phone and Falk wasn't in the room either. I went on the computer and asked a friend to call it. At this point, it's about 9 AM, and a drunk Falk answered the phone and tried to convince my friend to come to Vegas. It turns out I had just walked from the table without saying anything and left him with the 2 girls.
With everything located, I went back to sleep.

Had another 2hours of sleep before waking up by Falk entering the room. He just "I need 300$ for Taxi, my driver has my phone" and left again. 30 minutes have passed since then, and he is not back yet haha. I'm heading for the pool now and probably going to play the 1k at Wynn after.
