Yes, walking away is almost always the best move. The problem in my situation was it was 4 am and I needed to hit a points goal by 6 am for my Diamond grind. When a guy on the sidewalk asks if you have a spare quarter, it's easy enough to say no, but when on a vp machine that shows you have $1200 in it, much tougher.

So now you have to decide that since you DIDN'T lose your stake, plus have another bankroll won from SoCal, are you going to step up to $5 credits? A royal would pay $20k...

I’ve been approached a few times at Pechanga...usually by old Asian ladies in HL. However, with that said, of all the locals I go to, I feel the safest at Pechanga, and I’ve had many 5 figure handpays and one 6 figure handpay, where they take you to a private cage to pay you.

That was insane! You just made that machine your ***** in ways I’ve rarely seen. I can’t wait for the locals update - your local TRs make me glad I’m over an hour from all VP machines out here in Huntington, I’m too lazy to go to Barona or Pachenga

The hovering pal (halo buddy?) is for sure annoying but I feel Pig4Bill’s pain in his past situation. I have a really low tolerance threshold for strangers and a keen eye for BS/angling so I would not want to suffer the begging fool lightly but at the same time you want to be left alone without conflict.

The best part of these reports is that you never know if it's a total write-off, break-even or a success. You do a real good job of being neutral in the lead up - keep it up and gl.
