Local casino 9/10 mini TR
Had the day off and time to kill, so I headed to the local.
Initially wasn't doing well at all; brought 2k with me and had lost nearly all of it. I was playing my typical 20 lines, 25c credits so 25$ coin in- the same as playing 5 lines, 1$ credits at the Wynn. Because of my recent TR to the Wynn where I played primarily 10 lines and won/lost such massive amounts of money, 25$ coin in felt very small. When I was down to my last 500$, I said "F it" and moved to 7 lines, 1$ credits. I figured it'd be a little bigger, I was probably dead anyways and if I hit something I wanted it to be an actual handpay that would get me back in the game.
Shortly thereafter, I picked up 3 2's, and the 4th actually came in w/ a kicker only drawing at 7 spots and I was back up slightly.
I had a decision to make- keep playing a relatively few amount of lines, or cut the denom back and increase the lines? I decided on a compromise, 15 lines at 50c credits.
Shortly after THAT move, I had that thought, clear as day, "it's been over a year since I've been dealt 4 aces. I'm way overdue". As seems to be almost typical when that happens (selective memory FTW), I finally get hit with-
FINALLY- where have you been this whole time??!
Man, I need a good draw. KICKERS!!!!!!!!!!!
Result-
Definitely below average. Oh well. Still worth-
From there, the sunrun was unlocked, much like my day last month where I was dealt 4'4s w/ kicker and ended up winning 17k. I played anywhere from 20-25 lines at 50c, up to 20 lines at 1$, and anywhere from 40-ONE HUNDRED lines at 25c (never got dealt a monster there, that would have been incredibly fun).
I took about 12k from that machine before I hit a really long cold patch and decided to play some 10 line, 1$ credit on a different machine just to close it out. Turns out I went on another one of those mini runs where every time you put some amount into the machine, it gives you more in return, the kind of runs you just can't get up from. I stayed far longer than intended but it was worth it. Hit 2k, give 1k back, hit another 2k, give 1k back, hit 4k, give 2k back, etc.
When all was finally said and done I think I played a solid 7 hrs at top speed. That is just an insane amount of play. My back and neck hurt from all that sitting and button mashing. I think I hit 14 jackpots total, and ended up netting 16k. Just amazing, yet another reminder why I play this game, and another Vegas trip fully paid for! Can't wait.
