Ongoing video poker "TR", how long will this last?

Leon, I appreciate that you do these even after a losing trip..can't be fun.
I had 2-3 years of pretty consistent video poker trip wins, albeit at about 25% of your coin-in level, in Vegas, Palm Springs area, and my local. (Pechanga)
My last 5 sessions have all been relatively big losers..waiting for the tide to turn..or might go busto waiting..

Day 1
My flight keeps getting delayed further and further... I was supposed to arrive at 10pm, but ultimately we end up not leaving until about 10:30pm. With travel time and needing to get to the condo to pick up my parent's car, there's no way I'm going to be able to redeem my dad's 1k free slot play. He gets 1k every week, but it's only valid from Mon-Thurs midnight. Part of me views this as a 1k downswing, but the rest of me is in such a good mood at getting all of our cats back that nothing can ruin it.
I've got no luggage, so straight to the limo.
They sent a real limo this time- honestly it felt kind of obnoxious getting in this all by myself. All I need is a pickup.
The limo takes me to the condo, where I grab the car keys and my dad's card, just in case.
Self-park entrance.
Home for the next few days.
Standard room, no need for more.
Some comped snacks.
Bankroll, a little over 15k.
It's probably about 1:30am before I'm finally able to sit down and play. Try my dad's card- no luck. I put my own card in and start with 1k free play- let's see where this goes!
Result-
That's pretty terrible- basically 50% payback.

Day 2, part 1
Went to bed at 4am... up at 8am. I'm obv tired and know that if I play now and lose, I'm going to be really pissed. On the other hand, I'm just excited enough to be here that I cannot calm down quite enough to fall back asleep. Plus I know I basically have the entire day free, and can nap whenever I want. So, I toss and turn for about 30 min before I decide screw it, let's go play and sleep this off later.
Set myself up with room service for later, and head downstairs to grab coffee and try and start the recovery.
(Note: I deleted these off my phone already, so I'm not sure of the exact sequence, but the gist is there).

I'm getting crushed. Down 2k in about 10 min. And then, here comes the rescue! Note the difference in points between this pic and the last missed royal- not that many more hands had taken place.
Really need to draw well here. Let's go...

What a kick in the nuts. To be dealt such a premium hand, then to have it only equal one 4 3's w/kicker total... what a waste. I know I should have just been happy to get quad 3s, but... what a waste.
I played on for a bit more, hit nothing else, get stuck 1k and head up for breakfast.
Omelette (6/10), crispy bacon (3/10, overcooked, still tasted fine but gimme a break, not that hard not to overfry bacon), croissant (8/10).
After breakfast- head downstairs for more play.

Sure, hold AJ and get the other 3 aces... can't get a kicker. Obv can't catch the 4th of anything on my draws where I already have 3, though.

I am just getting drilled. I believe at some point I was down almost 10k total and I literally have been here less than 12 hrs. I am really regretting that missed quad 3 draw. It's lunch. I'm not hungry. I know I should stop and spread this around a bit. However, I also know I'm here to play and have access to another 5k via atm if needed. **** it- head upstairs, get more money, play on.

It's not nearly enough, but it does give me renewed hope.

I head up around 1pm, totally defeated. I'm stuck almost 15k!!! As you can see, I literally have not hit one trip draw. Two premium hands, one the "result" of quad 3's dealt w/ zero kickers. This is just a disaster.
I take a much needed nap and actually manage to sleep for over an hr. Knowing you have basically no bankroll left kind of removes the option to play.
After the nap, I have a few hours to kill before registration for-
The gist of the tourney-
- freeroll
- 1st place 100k free credit, down to 5th will get at least 5 figures in free credit
- 40 places pay
- hosts play a round after all is said and done, the winning host gets all his players 500$ free credit
- three rounds, take the best two scores. One can earn an additional 4th rd if you earn 25k points from Fri to Sat morning (that represents 350k+ coin for me, not going to happen).
I need to get out of this f'ing casino. I decide to head to Red Rock, change it up a bit and play some Dreamcard.

Along the way, I get out another couple k from the ATM- I'm going to need it.
Lower portion is where I believe check in at Red Rock is.
My hx with DreamCard- generally bad. It's fun, and you get tons of draws, but I somehow always run badly. Best I've ever been dealt is quad 2,3,4s, no kicker. Plus I have to play quarter credits bc the variance is insane. So simply making a hand here or there isn't going to cut it.
Nice draw early on.

I run SO BADLY. I dust off 2k pretty quickly. Never got one dealt monster. Hit precisely 1 quad despite having tons of draws. F Dreamcard. F video poker.
On the way out, I decide to play some UX triple double bonus for quarters. I definitely will not be able to afford this at dollars at the Wynn this trip, so it's here or not at all. I manage to hit my first 4 aces w/kicker of the trip, of course no multiplier and at quarters. I keep playing and pick up my second dealt quads of the trip-
10s. Of course. With a kicker. Of course.
Just bc it's going to be the prettiest thing I get to look at all trip, potentially...
Keep playing, don't hit anything else and donk back most of the rest of that score. Head back to the Wynn defeated.
On Spring Mountain about to turn on to the strip.
Awful. Awful. Awful. Stuck over 15k now. Still haven't been here even 24 hrs!

Hit just after playing $75 of free play plus $50 of my own money
Then I went on a 6 hour monkey tilt on this after just losing $40 in 1/2 nl poker
I decided pack it in with a little profit 4 hundy and change.
