ended up going to a great gastby themed NYE party at the hartland(?) mansion. it was moved there last minute, it was originally going to be in an airplane hangar and i heard tell of plane rides around las vegas valley for people who bought tables?

after the move they really dropped the ball and they ended up not even having enough table space for people that reserved tables, so we ended up having to annex tables and chairs from people when they weren't looking.

big 100/200 nl game going on at the wynn the other day. supposedly been playing for days. watched a few hands and saw a 50 k pot with boat vs. straight flush = brutal

If you think about it... Who wants to be a poker pro? Wouldn't you rather be the super rich Arab guy who can piss away stacks and not give a sh*t? As opposed to the pros who are fighting like animals to get into the game with the action player?

Blew town for a few days...been shreddin the gnar (skiing) in the mountains of utah. Good times, but am excited to get back into action with convention season kicking off and the playoffs in full swing; action should be top notch
