How do you know it hits at 2 pm?

They do their daily add on to the jackpot prize pool amount at 2pm, and it started the day less than $500 shy and they add a little more than that amount each day...

Also... they posted it on Bravo yesterday that it would lol

Man, that place is great when the jackpot gets big. It's fun to sit in 2/4 LHE and watch everyone get pissed off when you raise to $4.

Just hiked Lone Mountain today and it was as perfect a day for hiking as I've been in all year! Sky was a little hazy/smoggy overall but the view was 360 degrees of the entire valley up there! All my photos are in snapchat ofc so nothing to post here, sorry...

Def cool little hike, it's a fast straight up climb and not easy, but only took about 45 mins to get to the top with generous breaks along the way. One of my favorite views of Vegas from the top!

Is there a $10 breakfast buffet left on the strip ?

Station casinos all have a 2/1 price buffets for fairly minimal play on your players card. Now palms is part of station casinos.

Lunch buffet at India Palace. Near Strip on Twain S of Wynn/Palazzo. Best recollection is lunch is $13.99+drinks.

Drove up to Vegas from AZ today. Stopped in Kingman for gas, it was cold and windy as I was pumping it. Went inside for a whizz, came out and there were piles of very slippery slush all over the driveway. I nearly busted my ass walking back to my car. My windshield had about half an inch of slushy ice/snow covering it. All this in the couple minutes it took to whizz!

I am investigating a business idea so please note this is hypothetical for the moment and I'm just gauging if anyone has the capability/willingness of doing this for me:

I'm looking for $1 chips (current in-circulation) from ~20 LV Strip casinos. Likely at least $100-200 worth to start. I would provide the names of which I need. I am willing to pay more than face value for each chip (and I would likely take care of shipping to Canada unless you can suggest a competitive alternative).

May be a need for more in the future. Obviously I'd rather work with someone living in LV or visiting frequently enough.

I encountered a snowflake casino security guard.

I'm a whore for free crap. When I found out Gold Coast was having a drawing for a free $500 at 6:15 I beat feet down there to make it in time. I thought I had plenty but just as I entered I hear the PA announce "5 more minutes to swipe at a kiosk for the drawing". You had to swipe by 6 to be eligible.

So I'm running around like a headless chicken looking for a kiosk.
"2 more minutes"
"1 more minute"
"30 seconds"

I see a security guard and ask him where the nearest kiosk was. He says "What kind of kiosk"? WTF, there's only one kind of kiosk and I don't have time to explain it, so I wave him off and say "Never mind" and go off to find one. Couldn't find one, and he comes chasing after me demanding my ID. What for? I just want it. Nah, I'll just leave. Right after I take a leak. Nope, he's going to escort me off. So I hand him my ID and he calls in, says I "was rude to him" and is checking me for "priors". When he hangs up he tells me I was rude, how would I like it if someone waved me off, etc. I'm thinking who the f cares if someone waves me off, but I just want to pee and leave so all I say is I didn't have time to explain which kind of kiosk, btw didn't you hear the PA blaring for the last 5 minutes about kiosks? Which kind of kiosk would a guy in a big hurry might be looking for?

So I guess I have one strike at the Gold Coast on my way to a permaban.

To add insult to injury I found out only table games players are eligible for the drawings anyway.
