The game was pretty ridiculous. He only lasted two orbits before he dumped $6k and left. One hh: he raises 70 pre with 45o, qq makes it 400, he calls. Flop a93, qq makes it 200 he calls. King on the turn he open-ships 2000 and qq snap calls.
They'd played together all night and I guess this guy knew 3rd pair is the nuts against this guy.

I play a lot of the Aria 125s, they are the best dailys in town imo. I always play the 7pms as the fields seem softer than the 1pms. I also play a bunch of gtd tourneys at Ballys (1k/65 bi), TI (1k gtd 10pm) and the Flamingo (750gtd). Structure sucks in all of those, but I find the low skill of players to more than make up for the poor structures. If I wasn't banned from the Venetian I would play in their dailys, they have good structures.

Skipping over the obvious "Banned from the Venetian?" questions, I didn't find the structures of their dailies to be great. The Aria is better, though I'd worry about the Aria not having enough tables for the demand. I went this past Saturday at about 1:30pm, and was told it was a 2+ hour wait just to get a seat.

kind of meh. It's an older area. not ghetto/dump by any means but there are certainly more upscale areas in the Vegas valley.

I agree, the Aria has the best dailys in town, bottom line. I've never had to wait for a seat but then again, I always reg for the 7pms pretty early.

I almost wish I had stuck around and waited. Instead I did the 2pm at South Point. Managed to get involved in a 5-way all-in pre-flop, all of us with pocket pairs (AA, KK, my QQ, JJ, and for some reason 55... with a J on the flop taking the whole ****ing thing).

I did forget the Venetian has/had a bad beat jackpot solely for tournaments and 100% house-funded. So that's something.

I'm in town 2/18-3/4 for a little VDS and full WSOPc. Can't wait to see all the familiar faces!

I, for one, want to meet up with you next time I am in Vegas and shake your hand. Then lobby the V to let you back. I really don't care what you did.

Playing 2-5nl the dealer dealt the turn before my villian had a chance to act, I had AA. It was a $300ish pot going into the flop. I bet $185 on the flop and dealer dealt the turn almost instantaneously, literally within 5 seconds after I bet. Turn she dealt prematurely was another A, giving me a set. Floor ruled that another turn would be dealt. Villian donkey shoved over my flop bet. I snapped, creating a 1700ish pot. Turn K. River blank. Villain had KK. I went ballistic. I cussed out the dealer, went outside the strip entrance by the poker room and started chucking the patio furniture into the canal on the side of the entrance. Security swooped in, I got read the trespass act. Honestly, I don't blame them, I was more than a little out of line.

I must've been drunk when I posted that, I can't believe I shared it. It was a horrible day, yes.

I was almost in the same situation once for approx. a $1,000 pot only it was the river card dealt prematurely. I was JJ holding all the way. The river was re-dealt and the villain hit his flush draw. I wish there had of been some patio furniture around.

How are the 2/5 cash games the SECOND weekend of March madness? Am I totally missing out by going then or should the games be just as juicy?

Spring 2014 is their official date? Wow...anyone who has seen the site lately believe that? I don't.

Was there for second weekend last year, I play high limit and mix and was as well PLO, no NLH, but games were still amped up IMO.
