I wouldn't do it as a blog, as live updates would be boring & infrequent. More like a series of posts with pictures documenting the last couple years & maybe including my opinions on all the poker rooms, fine dining establishments & everything else I've run into.

A retrospective look, not so much prospective. My life right now is mostly taking care of my kid.

Weather supposed to be really nice this week, maybe mid to high 60s? Prob best to just check a weather website tho.

raising a child could be a good read also dude... don't be embarrassed, it may even help someone.

Not embarrassed, just couldn't imagine spending the time it would take to write about daily life.

Apparently NFR moving to Fla. was a poker bluff. According to the latest LVRJ story the move is not a done deal and PRCA is going to present a "counteroffer" to Las Vegas.

Word on the street here is Jerry Jones has been trying hard to get them at Jerry World (AKA the Death Star) at Cowboy stadium. Don't know how likely that is, but wouldn't put anything past that dumbass. Damn sure doesn't know how to run a football team though.

I'm guessing, TOTALLY guessing, that NFR made up their minds to head to Florida. Then they got feedback from the attendees who said "we don't care if it costs more to be in Vegas--STAY IN VEGAS! We ain't goin' to Disneyland next year." And now NFR is backpedaling.

At the same time, when you live on a 2560 acre spread 18 miles southwest of Ness City, KS, Disneyland looks pretty spectacular compared to home.

this...w/o nfr during that time vegas would be a ghost town. Games were absolutely fantastic with the weak passive nfrers. If nfr is back next year I would highly advise all of you outta - towners to make the trek and get yer gambool on!

In other news after a crazy 11 days both on and off the felt I am decompressing in the mountains till the 27th and gearing up for the new years push!!
