I'll work on that! I just went from 30 vacation days at my old job to 0 at my new one until early 2013. But it was a good career move, and if it gets me any degen credit I heavily weighed poker into my decision to take it and move out here from Denver.

I got on the highway at like 11:00. It took about 6.5 hours and I live about 30 miles East of LA. This was Nov. 25 There is some random stuff on that route that will make you question your sanity too. World's Tallest Thermometer?

ya - i dont take months off...but I do take plenty of time off and gtf out of vegas. During the series I played 300hrs in 6 wks and had to seriously decompress after that.

Went to Sante fe with 1$ and 20 in free slot play turned it into 100$ on Sun & Moon penny slot hells yah, put some money on football this weekend. Then I decided to sole degen it up at a local bar I love to attend with $100 ready to degen off within 15 mins spiked the Royal for $1693 weeeee ship it, needless to say now at work last night was a good time haha And yes it was video poker not much strat other than pushing a button : )

Funniest thing I ever saw at a poker table was when the obnoxious drunk picked up his beer and the metal cupholder came out of the table with it. He takes a long swig and the cupholder falls off. He then puts the beer back in the cupholder on the table--only now it's just a hole, not a cupholder. *PLINK*

haha, that was meant to be for TMack's thread... some dude was just like... play ABC @ 1-2 = $$$$

and I am like.... ugh.... I dunno... 2-5 is pretty ABC too..... or i dunno, maybe my definition of ABC is a little different. Like the guys I see do well at 2-5 aren't doing anything crazy either....however, they usually have the discipline to do the right thing?
