I have only used the Paradise garage. They do have another garage accessible from LVBL.

yeah I always use the parking garage on Paradise. It is just south of Sahara. Anyone who hasn't driven there in a while, you should get to Paradise by taking Sahara and not Desert Inn. There is a ton of construction on Paradise just south of Sahara and it is a nightmare trying to go north on Paradise from Desert Inn.

Are you referring to Presidents Day? They are opening this Friday 2/14.
A week from Friday 2/21 is the Grand opening with some sort of party at 4pm. I just got an email.

If you sign up for info in the poker section of the website, you get an email about poker rate and waived resort fees, only for the Grand Opening tho. 15% off poker rate always but then there is a resort fee also.

I guess they are doing 1/3nl vs 1/2nl. The tournament structure is turbo city, it makes Bally's donkaments look like an wsop event.

I think its silly to try 1/3nl and 1/3 plo on a small barely on strip room. Should be 1/2 on both. They need to draw in some hotel guests.

Ok, I see extra $5 for the dealer add on 5000 more, so 10k to start. Only slightly better.
Bally's $60 is still better structure.

Patience factor 4.35 vs 6.2 at Bally's.
For reference Aria $240 is 21.40 and the $500 Big 50 at Wsop was 53.50

The poker room looks nice. I still think Sahara will continue to struggle until the the rest of the adjacent north strip projects are completed and the property is less isolated.

How is this calculated?

How many many minutes it would take to blind off if you never played a hand, converted to hours with decimal and then multiply by itself.

It was in a book I read a long time ago, I have a spread sheet that makes it easy.
So if 2.6 hours to blind off then 2.6 x 2.6 = 6.76

I went today, they have a full 1/3nl with list, game looked better before some action players busted out and I got my seat. It's a nice room tho.
