Hot take--it's not as nice as the suite at Arizona Charlie's. Definitely felt safer in the casino though.

We wanted to spend some time outside, so we decided to hit up the Springs Nature Preserve, since it had trails and a botanical garden. I don't know what exactly we were expecting, but we were way off. In the best way possible.
There were a bunch of fun and educational exhibits in three different museum. There was a small zoo. There was a giant water pumping facility. I learned a lot, and the staff there were super friendly and wanted to do activities and show us around, which was really generous of them considering we're a group of late 20's guys in a place clearly built for families with children.

It sounds like Southern Nevada is making some big time improvements to its water infrastructure and conservation.
Understandably botanical gardens have a different vibe in a desert than I'm used to. This pic is pretty representative:
I grew up close to Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania, so I guess that really spoiled me.
