Yeah, even that article doesn't say when is/was the free parking at Linq. I have to think if anyone on 2+2 heard about it, they would have mentioned it here and /or started a thread about it. They must have deliberately done it with no promotion hoping that there would be no increase in visitors.

Yup, internal politics. The boss says "do X", but by the time it gets down to where it might make a difference, some middleman schmuck does Y.

So I will have my own car when going to Vegas this time, making a road trip out of it having never gone thru via car that part of the country and will probably be staying in places with poker rooms otw there or home. Can I get an update please as per parking? Still of the big rooms, only Aria, Bellagio Charing (how much for self) ,saw in another thread that Wynn is free validation after a couple hours playing(?) Venetian still free? Caesars? Thanks guys

1. Your hotel almost certinly comps parking for room guests, check whether it extends to others in the ownership group, or

2. Don't worry about it, it's the journey, not the destination for you.

The properties I’ve stayed at haven’t discriminated between guests and players in terms of charging for parking.

You can get an instant upgrade to a Pearl players card by applying for the MGM credit card at the players club or online. This includes free self parking and line passes.

Caesars offers something similar.

Sorry for being skeptical. But I’m guessing many degens/poker players aren’t going to qualify for that card.

They mailed an offer to my dog.

However, his somewhat limited dog license does not authorize him to drive a car.

I'm staying off strip, hence my inquiry about multiple places

The only place mid-Strip that's free without card status is PHo. Venetian free, TI free, Wynn free with certain amount of play. Go check their thread in B&M.

As per tip of parking at miracle Mile shops, isn't the lot for there quite small and always full due to others taking advantage? Also, I assume that lot closes when the shops do?

No, it's pretty big. You may not be thinking of the right place. Any way, are you more lazy then a cheapskate? If so, you are not going to like the long walk around the Miracle Mile from the parking garage to the casino/strip.

If I would be playing two sessions a day at Aria and or Bellagio why spend $30+ on parking a day?

Well there’s not all that many other choices. Either you have to play enough hours to get to the level where parking is free, sign up for the credit card, or be in the military. It sucks but those are the only ways to avoid paying that $30. Or take u Er and Lyft to the casino

So it's 75 hrs of 2/5 at either place for card upgrade?

Tell you what, see post 1724 above.

You can call them to clarify what their website means if YOU really care to confirm your belief.

My error, I mistakenly thought you were staying at a Caesars or MGM property with a poker room.

Quick solution, drive to the V and park for free. Walk (or uber) from there.
