If you pay for the entire lease upfront you don’t need employment. I did this when I moved here back in early 2019 and not only did this let me bypass employment verification and credit check, but they even gave me a discount for paying the 12 month lease in full.

A buddy and I want to book a 1 or 2 week trip to WSOP 2022 on the Strip as close as possible to Ballys. Looking at a time period to cover either the weekend of the Housewarming Tournament or the Colossus (the exact dates, we can figure out). Hey there,

I'm a cash game player from Austria (25) and I am currently planning my trip to Vegas from July-August 2022. After my recent 2-month trip, I realized that I don't want to waste any more money on hotels and resort fees and instead would like to share my time with more like-minded people, play poker, discuss hands, have a good time in Vegas, etc.

What I am looking for:
+ Single room/shared house or condo
+ max 10-15 min from the strip as I don't own a car in the US (I play 80% of the time at the Aria)

Hey everybody,

I am a 26 year old who works remotely in tech. Poker is my biggest hobby outside of work and I am looking to spend 3-4 months in Vegas, preferably somewhere that is already furnished.

I’d be open to renting an entire place or just a room, if we seem like a compatible fit to live together. If I am renting a full place to myself, I am not looking to pay more than 1800 a month. If renting just a room, I’d like to keep it under 1000 a month, but willing to negotiate if it’s the right fit.

Anybody have any suggestions on where I can go about finding a place like this?

Budget Suites or Emerald Suites on the south end of LVB near South Point. ~$1000-1200 all in month to month.

Less riff-raff than any other temporary stay that I've seen. Terrible WiFi though if you need high speed for work.

Disclaimer 2: Female searching for a fellow female poker player roommate. I know it’s a long shot (RIP TWSS)- hoping someone at least sees this that might know someone. Might be okay with multiple housemates/at least one female (a la Punters Pad).
