Do they just not have that and just give you generic freeplay dollars on your account?

Also, I somehow accumulated like $200 in free slot dollars and I have no idea how. I hardly play poker at MGM facilities and almost never gamble - I think I've played blackjack twice at an MGM casino and that's it. Never slots or video poker. The rewards site specifically says the slot dollars come from slots/vp only. Any idea how I got that $200?
was it your birthday recently? i also got 200 out of the blue for nothing, and it was my birthday week.

i do play slots and get 160 every month from mgm properties but this was separate.

enjoy it and use it on a good machine

Are any poker rooms on the strip better than others with regards to watching sports while playing. Landing on a Sunday and will most likely want to do both.

All the bigger rooms have an array of TV’s in the poker area.

My favorites would be Venetian and Wynn. The floor will sometimes switch over to the game you want if you ask.

They have the Jubilee tower closed. It's being renovated so they can add it to Paris? They're building some walkways, bridges, and walls to effectively slice it off the Horseshoe and make it part of Paris, which is already a huge hotel wrt number of rooms. No doubt so they can charge higher prices.

I prefer rooms that are next to the sports book on big sports days. The cheers coming out of it when someone makes a big play add to the ambiance for me.

Two that I can think of are Bellagio and Caesar's.

How do the Las Vegas buffets work for Thanksgiving? Are they taking reservations or is it first come, first serve, in a fairly long line?

How is the race construction affecting Uber‘s and taxis? Have they raised the prices and does it take longer to get to destinations?

In 2018 I was playing poker around 5 minutes from the Milwaukee Brewers stadium parking. At some point I decided it would be awesome to go to the NLCS game 7 against the Dodgers. I kept waiting for tickets to go lower then thought right after the first pitch it go real low. LOL, at first pitch, I I think it was Ticketmaster shut sales off, I was pretty upset as I had never been to a game like that.

So ensure you watch the sales for a game soon to see if you would be able to buy tickets or if they shut it down

isn't there a ticket website that caters specifically to events that have already started?

I cant think of the name right now, but I am sure I saw a commercial the other day.

There are quite a few, actually. I think maybe gametime advertises the most. But other copycats have inevitably sprung up.

I think any 3rd party ticket scalper will have seats available post game start. Ticketmaster/LiveNation/AXS/?? (primary providers, say) might be banned by contract from selling after game time.

Was in Vegas 15th-22nd September. Uber pricing was very cheap for the entire trip, and from my experience there was no huge hassles with the construction that severely affected 'delivery' time. But I assume it might get progressively worse in the weeks leading up to F1.

Pricing was fine when we went from Cosmo to Partage, but we had to cross over the strip and take a uturn, which took at least 15 minutes.

Gwen also cancelled her orange theory class because an uber was $30. I'm not sure if that's high, but it seems like it.

Agree; even though we had a rental car, we used uber a couple of times when we were going out drinking, and the prices seemed to be pretty much in line with what we expected.

For the last year or so, I've noticed people selling airpods, watches and jewelry. Mostly in casinos but I've seen them in restaurants and stuff. Sometimes they are driving around and approaching people in parking lots, from their cars, sometimes they are in the casino.

I want to say they're Gypsies, but they are all of the same nationality or ethnicity. whatever it may be.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on. Could be stolen, could be fake.

Evidently, they are making enough money to keep doing it, which is interesting. I'm amazed that there are that many people willing to buy jewelry and tech items from a Gypsie who drives up to them in the parking lot of a casino. But then, I've seen people lose hundreds of dollars to similar groups by playing 3 card monte while standing directly in front of a licensed and regulated casino.

Haha. It is a little like something from an old movie or a cartoon. Occasionally they have a sob story, but usually, they are just like, "wanna buy this?"

The 3 card monte was even more like a movie or show. I feel silly even describing it. They had plants in the audience who would "win." The plants were not very good actors, were all tatted up and sleazy looking, and were clearly of the same ethnicity as the guy running the game, though I think they were probably immediate family.

2 dozen people standing around, watching. A few small bets. Finally, when it's "obvious" where the little ball is, a fish literally empties his wallet of like $400 or so to make a bet. And, again, the dude could have walked a few hundred feet and bet the $ at Bellagio with a 2% house edge rather than 100%.

I considered trying to stop him. Maybe I should have. Interesting spot, morally.

Is this still going on? I'm not really on the strip proper much these days, but I used to see it semi-regularly.

Probably those "monks" that were selling the hand-woven bracelets a few years ago.

That's weird. Within the last year I have seen TM have tickets available for a concert which had already started.
