From my experience no. Tried it 2-3 times, nothing ever happened so stopped doing it. Much better to just smile and ask them if they have any upgrades available for free.

are there any locations that 3/6 limit runs 24/7?

I'm not sure if anywhere runs limit that low full stop these days. Orleans might still have 4/8?

I played 3/6 at the Nugget back in May, no idea if it runs 24/7 but there were multiple tables in the mid-afternoon on a Tuesday so your chances seem reasonable.

drink service was excellent as well

Nugget had at least 1 table of 3/6 Limit going every time I was there back in July

It's been a while, but didn't the Flamingo 3/6 get moved to Bally's? No idea how often that runs, but Bravo shows 2 tables with a waiting list at noon on a Wednesday.

3-6 does run at Bally's frequently, but probably not 24/7 .

idk about 24/7, but the Orleans & Red Rock offer 3/6 Limit regularly. More so during the day when the OMCs are awake.

The cheapest option is to live in your car.
Plenty of information about that on this and other forums.

I believe the cheapest option is to live in the sewer tunnels, but I wouldn't recommend it.

What I would actually recommend is looking in the Las Vegas roommate thread:

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1...2/index17.html

If you definitely wouldn't want a roommate, one of the monthly rental apartment places would probably be the cheapest.

Off to Vegas again this year but staying at Ceaser's for the first time. Anyone know if the $20 trick works there?

It's been a while since I stayed there, but I never had great success. Other CET properties (PH, Paris, and Cromwell) have been successful, so maybe I'm just running bad a Caesers.

Also, I walked through the lobby 2 months ago around 7pm and the lines to check-in were still very long. Not sure if they were having issues with the kiosks or what, but it looked miserable.

Question about poker room dining comps
for MGM are all the rooms separate or do they all count together (if I play 5 hours at MGM Grand and 5 hours at Aria can I only get/use 5 hours worth of comps at MGM Grand? can I use 10 hours worth at Mandalay Bay?)
#2: how do I use/redeem poker comps at the MGM hotels? I know I've accumulated some the last couple trips that I haven't used

I've heard about SNG satties running the weeks? months? prior to the ME each year but have no more info on them (which rooms run them? how often? how does the structure look like? how much is the buy-in?, etc). What I did hear when asking a friend about this is that last year something changed and the prize is T$ and not tickets or something like that, not entirely sure what this means but I think is harder to transfer the entry if you end up winning it?

Can anyone give me some more info on this or direct me to a thread/website that explains all this better? TY in advance.

WSOP itself runs single table satellites at various price points. I didn't see any info about them specifically on wsop.com, but historically, they start when the WSOP LV starts (late May usually). Choose your buy-in amount ($125 to $????) and wait for 9 other players to show up. Pretty easy. You get paid out in lammers that can only be used to buy into WSOP tournaments.

I'm sure there are more information available about these in the Tournament Events forum.

Yea, I didn't know the word used for the tickets was lammers (I know they are different things but yea), using that as keyword I found what I was looking for, tyty

Every room is distinct with respect to comps. Floor prints out a comp slip that can be used at specific restaurant on property.

I searched the golf forum a bit, but didn't come up with the answers to this question: What is a good 18 hole course for two duffers that want to golf by themselves? We need to rent clubs and prefer to have our own carts. We're coming out this weekend and would like to golf on Sunday during football, $300ish max each.
