Thanks for replying!

I'll cross PH off the list and place it with Resorts World, lol.

Masks required at all rooms? Not an issue, just confirming.

I likely would not be grinding late into the AM, probably day time.

It's not up to the casinos, although I'm sure some enforce it more strictly than others.

Would download the Bravo Live app & call ahead to get on lists (although I think some aren't taking call ahead right now).

Any changes to look for, e.g. closed rooms or maybe rooms to seek out? I'll be staying at TI and likely going to play at the Venetian across the street, but might check out either the Aria, Wynn, Bellagio, or Planet Hollywood, too.

Curious if it's business at usual this time of year or any other tips appreciated. Thanks!
I played 1/3 at Caesars and Resorts World. Caesars had a very long list and weren’t answering the phone. The second time I played there the list was about 10 and I got on a table in about 20 minutes. Resorts World had a long list but I was able to use poker atlas to get on the list before I headed over there. Free parking there.

Thanks, I'll be there the weekend of the 19th. Not sure how long WSOP goes for but hoping there won't be long wait times as a result.

Shame you can't put yourself on the wait list online in this day and age.

Both Poker Atlas and Bravo support online waitlist signup IF the room chooses to allow.

South Point is the only room in Vegas that has the option available in Bravo. Do they need a software upgrade or something? Makes no sense why no one else has taken advantage of it yet.

Android version of Bravo must really suck. I linked my players card on my laptop, but can never register using my phone.

Maybe the casino has to pay extra for it.

Agree it is a little offered option on Bravo but it is an option. Not sure if or how much Bravo charges. It is also a relatively new Bravo feature.

Btw the WSOP room also uses the Bravo waitlist feature. Of course Poker Atlas use in Vegas is also pretty limited since (I think) only Resort World uses PA.

can i get a few recommendations for sportsbooks and/or sports bars for NFL sunday this weekend? last couple times i found myself in a subpar position where i was standing because all seats are reserved.

generally i like the feel of the wynn sportsbook, cosmo sportsbook. dont love bellagio caesars or westgate books. I prefer many tvs and may be better suited for a sportsbar as most all of my bets will be finalized prior to arrival.

i prefer a rowdy atmosphere. dont mind making a reservation that goes toward your spending but not interested in shelling out 2 bills to rent a seat for a day.

just realized its still warm enough that i suppose ill also consider stadium swim

Sahara and Westgate too, if you want to count those as rooms.

I'm going to try to check out Circa when I'm there for either college or pro football. Not sure if its just hype but it worked on me, I guess.

Have you seen Circas sports book ?

I think your thoughts on Circa will depend on whether or not you are a "stay/play downtown" person. If you are already downtown, if you are staying down there - its probably worth looking at. If you are on the Strip - IMO - there are going to be a number of paid-seat options that could do just fine for you.

The Circa sportsbook is the nuts - but they also charge out the arse for their booths. I think this year the Westgate was $1,000 for a booth, Circa was in the $3,000 range for their smaller booths - and then they went up from there.

I went to Stadium Swim and it just was not for me. If you're on the younger side, if you want to watch 8 hours of NFL standing in a pool with 95% bros - its a good spot. One small thing I didnt even think about - there is zero shade out there. You're on a pool deck in the desert sun without one piece of shade.

Circa is awesome, it is everything you hear about/see on VSIN. Its great. But IMO its not necessarily worth the money when it comes to an NFL Sunday. I still think Westgate is probably the best value when it comes to comparing the cost and the quality of the book itself.

Most books on the Strip though are going to be offering some sort of paid-seat option. And if you dont, be prepared to get there a few hours early to sit somewhere.

Hey guys,

Will be heading to Sin City during this upcoming Thanksgiving and thru the weekend. Was curious the best places to play low limit ($1/3 NL). Best as in: action, no too many distractions, promotions, accessibility, and/or comps earned.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would go with the Wynn. Lots of tables, you can buy in deep-500 i think, and it's a beautiful spacious room

Aria, Bellagio, Caesars are my go to rooms. No extra rake for promotions like high hand or bad beat.
Love to be at Caesars poker room during football and basketball games because of the great atmosphere and you'll be able to see all the games. But if there isn't any games going on, I love playing at Bellagio and Aria.
The Wynn and Resorts World are also good choices. I love the nice soft leather seats at Resorts World. And if you download the pokeratlas app, you can add yourself to the waitlist for Resorts World. Only downside to Resorts World and Wynn is its way up at the north end of strip, past fashion show mall.

Hello everyone
I will be visiting LV next month, and would like to play a couple of tournaments at Caesars, Wynn, Aria or the Venetian, daily or series. My question is:
Can I ask for my name not to be displayed publicly as part of the results at any of these rooms? I have seen some results at the Venetian with list of winners, and some are denoted as "Withheld", for example event 3 in DeepStack Championship II has winner 41 as such.

Anyone heard any recent news about the Excalibur or Mirage rooms reopening?

They were always my main places (plus PH) for cash games, but I'm not sensing any great urgency from them now that WSOP is over

Is there a consensus best liquor store for a nice mid-range ($100-$200) bottle I'm buying as a gift?

I have no idea what the best liquor store is but if you don't mind going to a chain store, there's a huge Total Wine & More location in the Boca Park mall next door from REI.

They also have a South Strip store but I've never been there.
