Basically the same thing you do at home when you make a Greek yogurt based dressing, add water and/or olive oil until you get to the desired texture

Among the general population in a country where people are so lazy that they buy their salad dressing bottled? Probably not very many.

Among people who prepare their own dressings, I would think the majority has been in a situation where they needed the consistency a little thinner but didn’t want to add more oil, lemon juice or vinegar.

FWIW, if you check the label of store bought dressing, there’s a good chance “water” is #2 right behind “vegetable oil”.

Please don’t grind anchovies. Especially not table side where people might think that looked gross. Anchovies are finely chopped with a sharp knife. Same goes for the garlic in the dressing, always mince never press.

going to las vegas august 12-15 for a short degen trip. we'll be staying at harrah's (we chose harrah's mostly because of the carnaval court and toby keith's bar (to hopefully see lots of live bands). gonna try the $20 trick at check in.

also, it's my friend's daughter's 21st birthday. not going to be participating much in the 21st birthday celebrating, but hoping to get some good time in at bellagio and venetian poker rooms.

i've read here that late july/august is the worst time for tournament poker, and i haven't found much on any listings other than some $200 dailys. anyone knows of any good higher priced tournaments going on?
