Friend got 86'd awhile back from an MGM prop - who does he call about getting it reversed or seeing if it even ever got filed, etc. Was a one-time dumb thing and could impact a job going fwd so wants to make it right however possible. Sorry if wrong thread.

did they take his picture and give him an official written Metro trespass warning? If yes, it was filed. If no, it probably wasn't or it was just for that day.

To get it reversed...from what I've heard he needs to (politely) speak with the head of security for that property via phone and ask if and how he can have the trespass lifted.

Any chance you can copy and paste the list of qualifying properties?

Thanks. This is the case. He has a call into the property head of security and confirmed w security mgr that this is the correct path.

I'll be in Vegas for work soon and won't have much time for poker. But it looks like I can sneak out one night and maybe play a bit if I eat there. What's a good room that is likely to have a 2/5 game going on a weekday night and is cool with ordering food at the table?

Bellagio & Aria if you are happy with overpriced mediocre food.

It will go on the company dime so price is not a huge issue as long as its under $40.

They sell them inside, doubt they’d let you bring one in though.

I swear I get upgraded deals from Venetian due to my play at Bellagio and local AZ casinos. I've never gambled more than like $100 a trip there, so I know that is the case because they are offering me 3 nights free, 2 BAZ tickets, plus $100 table or slot play.

I’m in AZ and have given a lot of action in AZ recently. Haven’t played at the V since 2013 and just got comped 4 nights including the weekend. I honestly have no clue why they would comp me unless they’re looking at my play in AZ

What would be a decent bar/pub for a group of ~20 people ranging in age from 35 to 60 for a couple hours of relaxation within quick walking distance to the Brazilian Steakhouse at Planet Hollywood. (have a wedding dinner scheduled there and most of the group are staying at PH).

To the Vegas residents: I am going back to Vegas on Wednesday, what would the weather be like next week? If i look online, every site says something different.

I’m convinced there is some shady info sharing across casinos. I haven’t used a players card for anywhere but Cosmo for 3 years or so and I still get insane MLife and CET offers

It’s only shady if you didn’t agree for them to share your information. You probably did that by signing up for a players card.

5/10 is at Wynn or Bellagio/Aria which are next to each other. If you want to play in the early afternoon on a weekday, Bellagio might be the only option. None of those places is (even remotely) in your price range and if you are looking for $75 including resort fee and tax and want to be on the Strip, you have to look for the cheapest hotels available and even that sounds like a stretch.

If you need to get an idea what hotels on the Strip charge, go to Expedia.com and select The Strip Las Vegas as your destination and plug in your dates. Make sure you check the final price so you see resort fees ($30+/night at the nicer hotels) and taxes.

They used to be the one place where you could opt out of the resort fee if you knew to ask. Does that still apply?
