There are also a couple others going so we can easily drink a Saturday night away. Golden Nugget is the only place to play poker down there so thought I would check out the live music, I read about Griffin and a few other places but have never been to any of them. You guys mean to tell me you get in to Vegas at say noon, check in at 4 pm and then go to bead by like 10? The first night Vegas you saying you could not do a 12 hour day? Just wondering, if you think about it, Flamingo does the auto check-in, they send an email. If I check in that way as soon as a room is available I go to a machine and print a key, it is really pretty simple. Anyway, did not mean to derail the general questions post. Hope to see some of you guys that week!
No, when we went out early, we would get in around 9am and this was after having worked a full day the day before. Waiting until 4pm to check in meant already having put in more than a 12 hour day that first day.
You are talking about staying up during the time the human body is conditioned to sleep. How much fun are you going to have the first full day?
By going out late (arriving around 7ish pm) and having a place to immediately check in, we can stay up until midnight and still be well rested that first full day.
You are talking about arriving later and staying up later. A lot later.
