There are many Cirque shows and I've only been to one with the wife, but we liked it. It was Ka.

What do you mean by best? Do you mean cheapest? If you don't mean cheapest and are in Vegas, I would think the box office of whichever one you decide on.

If by cheapest, I don't know, but you might check out tix4tonight.com. We've used them for discounted buffet tickets and they have show tickets.

There are several booths around the strip selling half-priced tickets to shows at the last minute; not sure if they typically have Cirque shows or not though.

According to the tix4tonight website, they have Ka tickets for 45% off at their booths and will have them available 75 to 100 percent of the time.

Also check the Cirque website online they often offer discounts and you know exactly what your getting. Order online and do will call.

Mystere is the original Vegas Cirque and is worth seeing.

Ka is best known for it's amazing stage.

LOVE is bright colorful and entertaining and based on the music of the Beatles.

These are the 3 that I've seen and they were all excellent.

O is water based, is next on my list, and I've heard it is also excellent.

The shows you like will vary a lot from person to person. Personally, I hated Ka but really enjoyed Mystere and Love. I have not seen O yet but Le Reve at Wynn is a similar water show and I did enjoy that one so I think I would enjoy O as well.

At Ka, the wife and I sat in the center within the first ten rows, but I would suggest sitting further back as you can more easily take things in.

Until yesterday, I didn't know how much the face value of our tickets were as we won them. I know the company giving them away didn't pay full price, but they probably weren't cheap.

So I'm thinking of spending a couple of weeks in Vegas to play some live cash games and do some sight seeing, what would be the best (and cheapest) way to stay near the strip for two weeks? (sorry for the noob question)

If there are conventions with 5 figure attendance on your dates make sure to book early.

Also Venetian Deepstacks & WSOPc @ PH probably have some impact

I tried a general search like that, but unfortunately it includes EVERYTHING, like the fitness center inside Mandalay Bay, etc. Some of them I know aren't places one can purchase a membership, and others I can't tell if they are or not, which is why I asked here.

Mayweather boxing club also not what I'm interested in. If anyone can tell me the closest regular gyms to center strip, I would still appreciate it. If not, no other reply necessary. If it were easy to figure out online, I would have been about to do so myself.
