- What are some of the most cost/effective hotels for 2 week stay? I'm no baller, I stayed at MGM in 2009 back when I had money but I'm looking for something much cheaper.

I'm going to be there Feb 8-11. Not getting the prices I used to get on Total Rewards. I can get a pretty decent rate at Ballys, but would kinda like to stay somewhere more upscale. Does anyone sell their comps at nicer places here anymore? Would I be better off asking in the Marketplace? I had someone do this for me before, but I don't think he lives in Vegas anymore.

Just rent from private landlords on craigslist (avoiding rule-bound real estate management companies), flash a roll of Ben Franklins, and nobody will hassle you about pay stubs. At worst they will charge you $35 for a credit check (which they will skip and pocket the $35).

I think I've "bought" at least 40 watermelon juices for poker players at Bellagio in the last 3 weeks. Only one person hasn't liked it, one was ambivalent, and everyone else has loved them. Last night, the waitress refused to bring 5 for the table and only brought 4. She copped an attitude about it as well, which I totally didn't understand. I'm pretty sure she doesn't have to squeeze the watermelon herself, but maybe I'm wrong.

group of 4 going to vegas end of may, we have been at Hyde before and would like to go back&get a table (possibly be joined by another 2 people) on a sunday. doesn't need to be close to the prime spot with the fountain view. anyone can point me the way to get offers?

I know that Aria is the closest and that Wynn is the furthest. I've never stayed at Monte Carlo before. It's really hard to tell how far it is to walk between Monte Carlo and Aria.
