Right there at TI. Kahunaville is that much or less, and the Mexican place is generally 12-18. If you play in the poker room, food comps are $2 an hour, which makes it a downright bargain to eat right there in the hotel.
Answer to 4 is arguably TI as well. They are $65 compared to the cheaper and deeper Sahara tourneys, but you'll waste that difference in cabs, not to mention the Sahara is depressing.
TI is a very convenient, compact (no mile-long walks like Mandalay Bay or Bellagio) place that is usually priced too high for me to afford as much as I would like.
